Do you know anyone who is less than 13 on fanpop? Do you think its okay for people less than 13 to go to websites such as fanpop?

I just wanna know i theres people on fanpop who are less than 13. Dont worry i wont tell anyone. Also i want to know if you think it is okay. if you think they can enter at a certain age like from 9 you can say it.
