What is the best manga?

So, I've decided that I want to try pagbaba some manga, but I don't know where to start.


My local aklatan has some manga books, but none of them are volume 1 :(

I know this tanong is really a matter of opinion, but what do you think is the best manga? (Preferably in English and available in the UK please)

As for genre, I usually read fantasy/action type books :)


(I know this should probably be on the Manga spot or whatever but it's easier for me on Random)

Depends on what you're interested in. I myself would recommend Sayonara Zetsubou-Sensei, A.K.A. Goodbye Mr. Despair, but that depends on if you like really absurd satire or not.

And that's sadly the only manga I can recommend as of current since I rarely tend to read any kinds of manga nowadays. Fuuh.

Mmm... I don't really know what to recommend though. I'd highly recommend Mirai Nikki, Madoka Magica, and maybe Kurositsuji and uh... sorry, I can't think of many mangas at the moment unu!

Fairy Tail would be another one. Fullmetal Alchemist too.

Fate Stay Night would also be a good one and all of these I have mentioned falls under your category requirements.

Hmm well I'm a HUGE anime and manga tagahanga so I have plenty of favorites, but here are some good ones: Mirai Nikki Soul Eater Vampire Knight Kuroshitsuji Ouran High Host Club Elfen Lied Fruits Basket Death Note Fairy Tail One Piece Most of these are action (not all), enjoy ^^ There are lots of online manga pagbaba websites to choose from if you don't mind pagbaba it on a screen. http://www.mangareader.net/ If you need madami manga/anime let me know! ^^

u don't need to worry about finding books at stores you can read like every manga EVER on the internet for free try either mangahere.com or mangareader.net as far as what to read based on your fav. genre I'd say soul eater and a personal paborito of mine is Black butler/kuroshitsuji
