I'm soo friken stressed !!! Please help I really cant deal with this.

Ever sents I was about 11 I was self-conscious about my weight I still am. When I was 11 I was about 128 pounds 5 foot 3 and I was a little chubby and now im 118 5 foot 6 (I Nawawala 5 pounds from my last tanong on this) And I still think I look "big" . All I seen in the mirror is "fat". It is really depressing me to the point I just wont go out in public cause I hate how I look. I even threw out all my tank tops and shorts. I want to drop to 100 but my mom wont let me and I just think im fat continuously. I fit in a size 1(pants) and xs in tops now (dropped from a size 5 (pants) and a S in tops) . I really am just at my breaking point here!! I just am not satisfied whith my self.

youre at the extremely low end of the average weight for your height get too much skinnier and youll be underweight tho

It sounds like you might have BDD (Body Dysmorphic Disorder) I use to have it when I was in grade school, it's where you may be really skinny and beautiful but for some reason your mind totally turns that image around, so when you look in the mirror, you see nothing of what others see. Which can also lead to very serious eating disorders. I would research madami about it so you know better about what's going on. And you should probably talk to your parents or a school counselor about it as well.

i did talk to them about it ...they sended me to the doctor and the doctor is sending me to the hospital

Ask your doctor, he/she would tell you the same thing. And don't become obsessed with your body image, that would be the worst. I hope this helps.

I think 118 lbs and 5' 6" is just perfect. Also you should remember that guys prefer curvy girls, not skinny ones.
