It seems very disproportional. Her neck and shoulders makes her look masculine, but her stomach area is pretty thin. I'm not sure why her boobs are so big, um, I guess you're into that. Its like all her stomach fat went into her boobs. Thats kinda whoa.
This picture just kinda confuses me. I guess you're going for a Total Drama style? It would kinda work for that.
Looks alright.....I suppose...
As for advice, I would practice drawing natural boobs and drawing women bodies more. Bodies should flow madami naturally, think of hourglasses (and it flows down to the legs).
[...Also, the image I provide down here is pretty disappointing too. I wouldn't follow these lines perfectly, if at all.]

AS AN ARTIST: it's a little disproportionate, and the features are too rigid and masculine for a woman. But in other words it could use some work.
