HELP! How do you know you have a (brain) tumor?

I'm getting scared, now. If I still feel this pain tomorrow, it'll be 4 days of pain.

Okay, so it feels like a roundish ball-like marble? And it's on the left side, on the back of my neck. I feel headaches, throbbing, and pain on my left side. It hurts when I look left, right, up, down, back, etc. Please help.

You definitely need to go to a doctor. How long has there been a lump there? Ideally, you should have gone as soon as you noticed it.
This doesn't mean you have cancer. I won't lie, there is a possibility that you do, but there is a possibility that every one of us has undiscovered cancer. It may be something else completely but you need to go to the doctor to find out.
In the meantime, drink plenty of water and don't do anything that will make it hurt unnecessarily.
