Ummm I guess it depends on how you say it and who you say it too? Some women may take it as a compliment and some women will take it offensive depends on the women you say it too and if you say it like 'look at that fine piece of meat' or 'that piece of meat looks a bit to juicy' the segundo one is suppose to be an insult in a way of saying 'oh look that girl looks fat'.....yeah don't ever say that incase you hurt a girls feelings.....especially a sensitive one XD anyway yeah depends on how you say it!
