Did the bituin signs really change dates?

That depends on what version of Western astrolohiya you follow. One version has the dates changed and an extra or two extra signs involved with the 12 usual ones and the other ones that we are most familiar with stayed the same. It's just a different system of astrolohiya to be frank.
