Most exercising I do is walking for a few hours daily, but that's it xP

Sometimes with bursts of inspiration I'll do floor exercises daily for a few weeks, but then that tends to fizzle out.

Depends on if I'm working or not. I can walk 25,000 steps a araw depending on the shift, not too bad I'd say. So yeah a few to several days a week.
