Do any of you know about or at least are familiar with this prutas called the durian? Also sa pamamagitan ng any chance have any of you ever try/had durian before?

I seen it in a game called super Mario sunshine, Mario was able to kick the prutas around the main hub,never seen it in real life, not sure if I would like to try it

I know of it as I've seen it on the pagkain network. But I've never tried it or seen it as the stores where I live don't have it. It seems like from what I saw on the pagkain network, is that people either like it or they hate it. And I for one wouldn't want to try it. It just doesn't look appealing to me.

Have heard of it but never eaten it. Would try it if someone gave me the chance, though, due to a general philosophy: give something a chance before condemnation. Especially applies to pagkain :p

I saw it on a cooking ipakita once but they all acted like it was nasty. I've never tried it myself...

I've definitely heard of it but have never tried it. A lot of people say it really stinks and has a foul taste so I don't know if I would want to.

I'm from Indonesia and of course I've tried it before. I used to dislike this prutas as a kid, Now it was one of my paborito fruit.

the smell of it is very strong
this is why it's not allowed to storage in fridges in hotels it can go bad and stinky
it taste gooey and creamy...sweet
i liked the first bite of it then i stopped

I've heard of the durian, yeah. Mostly from Super Mario Sunshine, as many other people have.
I've never tried it, though. I'm not against trying it, being it would be a new experience trying it out. (Apparently it tastes disgusting, but I at least want to try it out for myself to see if it's true.)

Yeah, I've heard of the durian. When I went to Singapore a few years nakaraan there were signs in windows saying things like 'no durians!' and I was really confused until my mum explained about the awful smell.
