Good question. (I have ‘Generalized Anxiety’. I’m not sure if you’re asking about actual diagnostics or the common ‘nervous feeling’ sort of thing.)
^I can become anxious for no apparent reason, in any situation, at anytime.
I’m learning how to manage this better all the time, and best of all, not ipakita that I’m internally suffocating. I am unable to take medication,(because it could interfere with the meds I’m already on, and I hate a disoriented feeling.) though I know that if you’re having problems, it can be very effective, you should see if it works for you. (Please don’t self-diagnose) I use this thing called “Box breathing” and it really helps. The thing is to practice it so you can use it in a anxiety situation. Basically you imagine a rectangle, or look at something rectangle, that helps too. You start at the bottom left corner and empty your lungs completely and quickly for 5 segundos until you ‘reach’ the tuktok left corner. Then you inhale all the way (make sure you when you breathe your chest expands) till you get to the tuktok right corner. Hold your breathe for another 5 segundos until you get to the bottom right corner, exhale. Repeat until you feel a difference. Play a song in your head. Find something to mess w/ (I always twiddle pens and pencils and flip them over my finger) ‘Chair-pull ups’: when you are sittin* down, feet on the floor, put your arms on the chair edge, and push yourself up. It helps some people. tumawid your writs over your chest and make paruparo motions. (You look weird but it works) Draw. (Rubber Band, but also for other reasons)

^ No need to be sorry. I can relate on some parts. Have been doing the ''Box Breathing'' as well. Same for the Songs in my head. Something that is being applied constantly lol. Not much when it comes to the others but there are good suggestions to take for susunod time !!!!

I try to take a moment to regroup and understand why I'm feeling anxious and try to fix whatever is making me anxious or resolve my feelings about it. If I'm really anxious I escape into a comfy place in my brain as much as I can.
That being sinabi I'm still not very good at coping with anxiety but I'm getting better.
Usualy, I don't haha (I have generalized anxiety) But something that can help is cardiac coerence, it's a breathing exercise that helps calm down. I usualy do it when I wake up, around midday, and during the afternoon, it can help. You can find it easily on youtube. Also, music, books and things like that
