How do you escape from negativity?
When you're angry or sad/depressed, being harassed or like somebody must've done something or sinabi something to upset you in any way or you just feel mentally depressed or whatever bad feeling you feel, even feeling annoyed or irritated and trying to get a moment of peace or some you alone time, what your best way to feel better and help you relax? I always like to listen to some soft and calm music and just relax. Or just any of my kind of music or my paborito songs depending on my emotions. I like to sit in my room sa pamamagitan ng myself when I'm feeling unsecured of people and just don't wanna be around them. And sa pamamagitan ng people, I mean family members. I like to look and stare at a picture of a beautiful landscape or outer puwang and I imagine myself in that picture while listening to calm music. That also helps me fall asleep. Just anything for me to escape from all the madness and be in my own little beautiful pantasiya world without any bad stuff going on. So how do you escape to your own world? What's your way to help you relax and get away from everything?
