Can anyone please give payo on this?

It seems to you that everyone else in your class is madami attractive, better dressed, and physically well-shaped. You feel like you are the odd one out. Nobody tells you so, but there is just this nagging self-consciousness that does not seem to stop telling you that your physical attributes do not measure up to those of most teenagers.

Don't worry my dear, I have never been able to blend in the boring society. Most of the teens are so alike, they all dress in "trendy" clothes, have the same interests, standards of what's considered beautiful (about looks and body). You are not worse than others, you are just different, it could take time to realize it, but don't blend in, don't try to become like everyone, it's wonderful that you have your uniqueness. You are beautiful, maybe not beautiful like they, but beautiful in your own way, maybe your way is even madami beautiful than theirs? Think about it. Maybe you can't appreciate it now but one araw you will realize how priceless your uniqueness actually is. Trust me.

First of all, being satisfied with yourself is what's important. How others see you is of no importance compared to that. If you want to feel better about your style, change it according to your preferences. Concerning your clothing attire, experiment and stick with whatever makes you feel better. As for your physical appearance, a healthy lifestyle is the way to go. Eating properly and exercising will eventually go a long way. Finally, attractiveness can be a subjective matter. Not everyone shares the same standards. Having madami confidence in yourself will boost your perception sa pamamagitan ng others !!!!

Do what I did when I was in high school and stop caring about what people think. It's honestly how I became one of the most liked guys there. Both guys and girls pag-ibig confidence in someone. They respect you for it. On the night of my senior prom, I proved to be the segundo best dancer. I was good enough to rival a dance major. We even had a dance off. I Nawawala of course but lots of people respected me and even had crushes on me after seeing how I could ugoy my hips to the beat. It was my first time too. I went in, scared of dancing in front of all those people but I decided that I didn't care what they thought and did so anyway. Everyone wanted to dance with me. Had one girl who kept pulling me to the side when I was dancing with other people. It was the best night of my life. The moral of my story is to not let anyone stop you from being amazing. You got this shit. Just because you're not me, doesn't mean you can't be awesome! In this club, you're surrounded sa pamamagitan ng tons of awesome people. Lefteris, Zanny, Mauser, Legend, DisneyPrince88, Nomy, Riku..... I could go on and on, my friend. We're your mga kaibigan and we like you for who you are! You're awesome!

The easier solution would be to stop caring about all of this stuff and try to realise that no matter how perfect somebody may seem, they still probably have tons of problems they are going through that you just don`t notice and don`t know about.
On the other hand, not so easy, but a bit madami helpful solution would be to analyze step sa pamamagitan ng step what are the exact things that you don`t think you have, but everybody else does and make a plan how to achieve that. Working out, healthy meal plan, some other daily activities etc. (And about the clothes I think it`s most important to find out what fits exactly you and your shape, not to see what others are wearing)

It's only natural to compare yourself to others, especially in a school environment.

You just have to focus on yourself and put out to the world the best that you can. If you're unhappy with your presentation, research into fashion. It doesn't need to be expensive and labelled, you can look damn nice dressed in cheaper clothes. Find a style you like, express yourself through it.

If you're unhappy with your physical shape, get into fitness :) sumali a sports team or if you're shy to interact then sumali a gym. If you don't have the funds for a gym, YouTube basic workouts and you can exercise while watching the vid. Watch what you eat, don't eat lots of basura food. Drink lotssss of water. 2 to 3 litres. Water improves your skin complexion and hydration. No sodas.

A lot in terms of physical attractiveness can be enhanced sa pamamagitan ng exercise and diet. I'm not much of a believer in enabling bad habits to not hurt feelings. I'm a strong believer in putting in the effort to get the rewards. You can do it :)
