uy unibersidad kids, whats the stressful / time consuming / pain in the asno workload you have?

Since the semesters / quarters are coming somewhat close to an end for a lot of people I imagine there are probably some pointless gripes and complaints and whining that can be done so whose up for some?

I'm kinda tired and sleep deprived but I got this asshole O. Chem teacher that pulls highschool math class tricks with the homework and assigns "36" problems (lucky this time usually its 60+) each with like 2-5 parts so it madami like... 72-150 so like... thats fun. And I would do it over the weekend but I have Mental Health First Aid training which is awesome but also bright in the morning and I wish I could sleep and relax this weekend but I ALSO have 3 quizzes, 2 essays, and a podcast susunod week so like...

Welp, May is already here. After two weeks of relaxation for the Easter Holidays, we are resuming on this week and preparations for my Finals before we close for the Summer are being already made. It is a few days nakaraan that I finished my last assigments for this Semester. One for each Subject. As always, they got me stressed, impatient, frustrated, depressed while working and every araw passing on was exhausting but in the end, I pulled through. Everything comes along to what I'll be receiving during the Summer.

Regardless of the case, I have been sleep deprived on multiple cases as well. They are certainly not stingy at all when it comes to the amount of Pagsulat we need to apply. Of course, the Subjects in general are interesting and I have no problem Pagsulat about them. It is something I enjoy. I chose to stufy Archaeology as it has been one goal of mine for quite a while. It always fascinated me. History and Art. Two Subjects I'm into in general as well. No problem with that. However, there are just times where you really don't have anything else to say in a matter but the word still pressures you to keep up with it, you know. I know that I can always add sauce on tuktok of things but in cases, that is an aspect that really doesnt sit well with me and can't help but get angry about it, easily losing focus at times. The opposite holds true as well. There are the occasions where it is pretty hard to write about a subject as best as you can when the word restricts you and some times, a rewording might not be enough. Information still needs to be added but you can't tumawid the line that much as you'll get a lower grade and it's just... Especially when the time ibingiay to us isn't particularly long either for three assigments at the same time. Thoughts that come to my mind at the time are simply burning the assigment and jumping off a window lol. The assigments aside, unibersidad isn't much different from what I had to go through in High School. Same issues and thoughts arise concerning my progress. The biggest tanong actually being if everything till the point is worth it as nothing is certain for the future. You might graduate but still not even being able to pursue the career you put so much effort about. It not uncommon around me. That being said, at the same time, you have even madami less changes if you haven't graduated from unibersidad / College so it doesn't really feel like there was another option from the very beginning. So, yeah.

I wouldn't consider that worth of complaining / whining either as those are pretty much my thoughts that have been sticking with me ever since I started with University. So nothing new really. The same thinking all this time !!!!

From least stressful to most stressful:
- Studying for genetics final/writing my last lab report
- Revising creative Pagsulat stories/finishing up requirements for that class
- Studying for my vertebrate zoology final. I pag-ibig that professor sm but she hasn’t come up with what the final is even gonna be yet, so, it’s kinda hard to study or prepare for
- Job hunting cause I’m a senior and I graduate in like 2 weeks ahahaha help

Also I decided to drive for 5 hours yesterday to see my paborito band in konsiyerto and like, it was worth it, but I should have been studying and I know that choice will bite me in the asno soon.

Job hunting while having to study as well is the absolute worst lol, both can take up so much time. Good luck for both and congrats on the graduation!

You are still in university? Or is that still a wrath at math?

I rage quit college. But then I heard that the college I went to dropped a few math requirements because they pulled their heads out of their asses just long enough to realize that maybe they shouldn't force English majors to take a shitton of courses that they will never use. So I went back and I'm graduating susunod week. But I'm still mapait that it took this long. :v

Omg yesss congrats on the graduation!! English major - can't imagine how many essays you had to write to get to this point haha. You got a plan of attack from here?

Thanks lol. I actually got a degree in general studies. That was kind of the catch with not having taken the math classes. But I'm still satisfied, a degree is a degree. And no, not really. To be honest I didn't think I would get this far lmao. I'm kind of one of those people where I have lots of hobbies like writing, drawing, swimming, singing; but none of them pay the bills unless you're like crazy good or crazy lucky. At this point I'm just seeing where life goes.

You have a podcast... as an assignment?? Sounds terrifying tbh.

Lol thankfully, less workload than normal coz am overseas and just doing one law unit but intensively (squished into 4 weeks instead of 12 weeks). Gonna be two 2500 word essays in the puwang of the susunod three weeks, BUT it's on a really interesting subject (interntional refugee law) so I don't mind as much. Like terrified about the essays coz they are absolutely the most stressful assignment type buuut hopefully will go better when I'm not concurrently freaking out about the weekly quizzes/labs/orals forced upon biomed kids.

Btw I pag-ibig this mutual support / whinging-but-people-actually-listen thread, can we have it madami often? :')
