Loud ANNOYING Neighbors??

OMG!!! i have these neighbors that are incredibly RUDE!! they just moved in a couple of months nakaraan and i swear they think they own the apartment building!! its so annoying! not only are they loud but they are really rude as well. i had mentioned this to them in a polite way and all they sinabi was sorry. while going up the stairs to their apartment the mother actually lets the lil girl hit the pader all the way up! lol.. its kinda silly but sometimes its all soooo annoying!! can any of u guys relate?

I totally understand, the family that used to live above me (thank God they moved) had a 3 taon old boy who was soooo loud and would always drop heavy shit on the floor and I could hear it and just sooo annoying!!

my neighbors are like family, we are all very close and get along very well. except for Sharen, a 60 taon old lady across the kalye who comes tahanan drunk every weekend at 2 in the morning. and she tries to find the smallest thing to complain about to her nieghbors that they do. we all gotten along until she showed up.

i feel bad for u.i don't know what it's like though.I don't live in town,so there aren't apartments,or anything.There are very few people who live on my road,and i'm thankful for that.But I know about loud and annoying.My mom has to babysit my nieces and nephew.My sis drops them off,really early in the morning,when I'm trying to sleep.Well,the guest room is right sa pamamagitan ng my room,and they scream and yell and bang on walls,and everything.I've gone in there and told them I was trying to sleep but did that stop them?of course not.
So,I think that's just as bad as annoying neighbors.Maybe u should buy earplugs,or something?
