I think that Emily and Naomi will last a long time. Even though they are going through a really rough time, I think that Emily will forgive Naomi and they will fix everything. I don't think that Naomi would ever do that to her again. (Plus Kat Lily or Kat accidentally kind of mumbled something about them being happy in the end in one of their interviews!) I think that, based on Emily's behaviour in 4x04, they have a long way back to being what they once were. There whoe relationship was based on the fact that they were learning how to pag-ibig with each other, and Naomi cheating on her has defenitly got to hurt because it proves that her mother was partially right, that naomi would just hurt her.
I think it's going to take her time to get over it, and in the meantime there relationship is going to suffer...and they might not be end game.
However, in the end they will pull through...cuz they are meant to be together
