In Pet Sematary, do you think the same thing that happened to Louise in the end happened to Judd?

Louise was always commenting on how spry Judd was for an 83 taon old. And i was wondering if maybe he was lying about living through allot of what he lived through. Maybe he did kill Timmy Batterman, but maybe it happened a little later.
In the end of the novel, Louise was prematurely aged with white hair. Maybe the same thing happened to him that gave the appearance of old age.
