I've seen the movie, and it's amazing! Although I've seen the movie before I saw the play. but I will say that there are some differences: the movie has hardly any humor, it's a lot more quieter, Mrs. Lovett isn't as motherly, and Johanna and Anthony just admire each other from afar (cut out "Kiss Me") until the end. Oh, and Toby's played by a kid.
