uy I wanted to introduce a new series on a huge topic. I know I don't have all the sagot but I can find them out. Everyone has faith no matter what they might say. They might not have faith in the same thing I do but we do.You cannot see wind, but you know it's there. When you reach for the light switch do you think twice about whether or not the light will come on?
To give you a better picture, I want to tell you a story. There was a five taon old boy who was in a plane. The plane goes into turbulence. All the passengers are freaking out, except the little boy. The flight attendant asked him why he wasn't scared. The little boy smiled and said, "My daddy's the pilot." The boy knew what the worst thing that could happen was but his faith in his father was unfathomableand unfailing How excited was his father when he heard that his little boy believed with everything that his dad could land the plane, even when the pilot himself wasn't sure if he could. How do you think God feels when we have faith in him? Excited? Overjoyed?
"By faith Abraham, when God tested him, offered Isaac as a sacrifice. He who had received the promises was about to sacrifice his one and only son,..."(Hebrews 11:17)"He considered that God is able to raise people even from the dead, from which he also received him back as a type." (Hebrews 11:19)
How excited do you think God was when he saw Abraham's faith in him?
God tests us all the time and if we put our faith in him, how excited will he be? Why not put the same faith you have when you reach for the light switch, in God? So why should you care? God is the creator of the universe. The evidence is all around you. It's your choice to accept it or not. I cannot make you believe, however I really hope you do.

We all have our struggles right? When we go through them we don't automatically think God all the time. When really we need to go to God, we don't. We as humans struggle all the time, we go through so many things, we want at least one person to understand us. We want to feel that we have that someone that is there for us. And if you feel like no one is there for you, there is. God is always there. He may be very strict, he may seem mean, he may seem like he is not there for you, but he is. He loves everybody, even if they choose not to follow him in his ways. He still loves everybody even if they are gay or lesbian. But yes he doesn't approve. But yes, he is there for you no matter who you are. If you go to him he is there. Listening to you, he has his ears open. They are unclogged. Go to him when you are struggling, he loves you.
