how do u think Qhuinn's brother will play a part in the upcoming books seeing that he is only mentioned and identified as alive once in lover mine

I believe Q brother will be the susunod antagonist with the vampire race and especially in glyema.

It is now being speculated that he will make an appearance in the latest book, Lover Reborn and he may come back as a lesser.

He was mentioned in Lover Mine? I must have overread this. Could someone please tell me the context or the page or something?
I only know that he wasn't killed like the rest of his family, but I thought that maybe J R Ward just forgot him or something.
Is he the one who is outside the tat tindahan at the beginning of Lover Mine, when Blay smokes his Dunhills? Because there was someone who was watching Blay, but I don't know who it was.
