As a hunger games fan, would i like the boook the host?

I'm also a Hunger Games fan. But to tell you the truth The Host is nothing like the Hunger Games, but I pag-ibig it any way. I've read The Host like 4 times. The only simarlarity is the pag-ibig tatsulok between some of the characters. I highly recomend the book. I must warn you that begining of the book you'll be like WTH is going on. But as you read on It becomes clear and your hooked on it from then on. Hope this helps you. :D xx

There are many similarities between the two novels, for example, both take place a lot in the main character's mind. There are flashbacks, and analysis of events. However, the Hunger Games provides a lot madami action, and the ever present threat of death is madami gripping than the threat of who's loving who. I pag-ibig the Host, and I really enjoyed pagbaba the Hunger Games, so I don't know if you'll be the same. I'd say give it a chance, and if it doesn't seem interesting to you, you can quit. The Host is a much longer book, but it's still unknown if it's a series or not, and the Hunger Games has a third book coming out soon. I hope you enjoy the Host, since I've read it twice, but everyone has their opinion.

Actually, I think you can compare those two books. They're both about a young woman fighting against everybody else. Katniss fights the corrupt system, Mel fights the rest of the world and Wanda fight the rest of the humanity. They're both very strong, but brutal books. I recommend you to read The Host!

Although I think you will enjoy this book regardless of preferences, as a fellow Hunger Games tagahanga I feel compelled to say it is just as engrossing. To be clear it's madami of a pag-ibig quadrangle than a triangle, but you'll understand that madami if and when you read it. Hope you give it a try!
