As you all know, the Office is not like most shows on television. Most of you probably believe the Office is groundbreaking for its revitalization of the sitcom genre on American telebisyon but I’m betting you haven’t considered the other ways the Office has broken boundaries. Well, I have (mostly in the shower). I’ll be posting a series of essays (ramblings) on the subject.

First up is Oscar.

While gay men have become increasingly present in American telebisyon shows over the past fifteen years, none of them have been quite like Oscar. Oscar is not stereotypically flamboyant and shallow...

Jeremy Goodwin

Okay, you got me, since this is the spoilers thread after all, here is what I saw:

1. Michael is struggling heavily with the run as Phyllis and Bob Vance jog by. They talk to him for a segundo but he waves them on.

2. Michael is now sitting on the ground looking completely miserable as most of the rest of the cast runs by.

3. One of...

These are in no particular order.

Michael: It was a crime of passion Jan, not a disgruntled employee. Everyone here is extremely gruntled.

Dwight: Every araw for eight years I have brought pepper spray into this office to protect myself and my fellow employees and for eight years people have laughed at me. Well, who's laughing now? (Eyes teared up as effect of pepper sprady)

Dwight:No, don't call me a hero. Do you know who the real bayani are? The guys who wake up every morning and go into their normal jobs and get a distress call from the commissioner and take off their glasses and change into...

I was just pagbaba a viewers take on Michael Scott. I was actually quite surprised that there are people out there with such a negative view this ‘fictional’ character.

To me Michael is hilarious because as much as we hate to admit it, there is people out there just like that! Trust me, I have actually worked with a few.

First off let me say that yes Michael Scott is for the most part is inappropriate …. Okay he is inappropriate in every way possible. In fact I would argue that madami so he is ignorant – to the point of naive. The writers, in my view, have worked long and hard (TWSS) developing...

Here are my Predictions for Season 4:

Greg Daniels has listed some things to expect this season:

Kidnapping: So, this is what i think is gonna happen, there is sinabi to be some sort of kidnapping i don't think that this is going to be with a person. I think that Dwight is maybe going to kidnap one of angela's Pusa as a way of getting back with her or something, or i think that Kelly is going to get very mad about Ryan and maybe kidnap something of his.

Jealousy: I predict that Ryan is going to start to petsa some girl at corporate and Kelly will find out and get extremely mad at him. Also i think...

Welcome back, it's nice to have new episodes again of The Office, I thought I was going through new episode withdraws. Well I'm glad I have my fix now, and the new episode did not disappoint. I totally loved the episode. The writing, I thought was sharp and funny and the writers gave the audience what we have been waiting for, with the story line about the Angela/ Andy/ Dwight triangle. This story line all came to a head and It exploded with total satisfaction. I loved the way Jim tried to protect everyone from Andy (due to his Anger management issues) a great throw back from Andy's history....

I’m a little sick of all this Jim worship going on. I know J.Kras is so dreamy and Jim’s a sweetheart but the guy ain’t infallible. I want to take this opportunity to ipakita some of Jim’s flaws.

Jim can be downright mean sometimes. His pranks on Dwight and Andy ipakita that Jim has a sadistic streak. He enjoys watching Dwight and Andy squirm. When Andy punched a hole in the pader and Nawawala all control Jim showed no remorse. Andy could have Nawawala his job or hurt himself badly. Andy shouldn’t have reacted so strongly, but Jim knew that Andy overreacted from putting his calculator in Jell-o....

Dunder Mifflin Scranton is planning a going-away party for Toby before he leaves for Costa Rica. Michael is determined to make the party match the joy in his puso at Toby leaving, but when Angela balks at his unreasonable demands, such as an anti-gravity machine, Phyllis accepts the duty of planning the party. She does fantastically, ordering carnival rides to the parking lot and hiring Darryl's band, much to Angela's chagrin. Angela insists that Phyllis will never plan another office party again.

Michael's hatred of Toby seems to have been transferred to the new HR representative, Holly, and...

Like most Office fans, I was enthralled sa pamamagitan ng the early series chemistry between Jim and Pam. It was a huge part of why I started watching the show. However, since they've started dating, I feel like their relationship has Nawawala some of it's appeal to me. OK, I'll be honest: It's Nawawala all of it's appeal.

I feel like the writers are struggling to keep things interesting. The hint of a marriage proposal mere months after getting them together seems to me like a desperate attempt at creating some kind of drama/suspense in an otherwise drama/suspense-free relationship.

It's a problem that has plagued...

Dwight's Speech:

BLOOD ALONE MOVES THE WHEELS OF HISTORY! [pause] Have you ever asked yourselves in an oras of meditation - which everyone finds during the araw - how long we have been striving for greatness? [bangs fist] Not only the years we've been at war the war of work but from the moment as a child, when we realize the world could be conquered. It has been a lifetime struggle [bang's fists again] a never-ending fight, I say to you [bangs again] and you will understand that it is a privilege to fight. WE ARE WARRIORS! In the decades since telebisyon shows invaded the subconscious of the average American viewer, there have been hundreds of thousands of TV couples. Lucy and Desi. Captain Nelson and Jeannie. Ross and Rachel. There are great romances, there are disasterous romances, and the most addictive of all...the "will they/won't they" romances. It's one of the classic hooks of telebisyon shows; two people who seem destined to be together, but can never quite make it work. So, what makes the relationship between fictional characters Pam and Jim on The Office, different from all those other relationships?...

Okay Office fans, if you are as much of a die-hard tagahanga as I am... you've probably experienced it. The dreaded spoiler tug. I frequent not only this website, but also nbc.com, and officetally.com. Whenever I pull up Officetally's homepage (shout out to them...I couldn't live without it!) I unwillingly glance at the "spoilers/news" link. susunod to the link, there is a date... the petsa of when the most kamakailan spoiler has been posted. Though I tell myself not to... urge myself not to in fact, the impetus is just to strong. Because of this, I now have seen and read every fragment of spoilers, and...

Hers is my letter to NBC about the strike. I am in full support mode for it! I was wondering--first off, is it effective? Do you think I should mail it or email it?

Dear NBC,

Watching my paborito shows on your website was a huge convenience for me if I didn’t get to catch one on TV, even with the unentertaining ads that cut through the program. Your website in general was very enjoyable and I spent a lot of time on it, particularly The Office site. But now I regret to inform you that I will no longer be accessing your website in support of the WGA writers.

I was shocked to learn that the writers...

Dear Independence Branch Staff,

We officially only have 2 episodes left of The Office as it stands. The Office set has shut down. After that we don't know when or if The Office will return. It all depends on how long the strike is. Let's HOPE that the writers get what they want so we get our ipakita back.

To ipakita OUR support for the writers DMI Independence is joining the picket line. If Michael Scott isn't working well neither AM I!!

The MORE support the producers see, the better our chances our that they will give the writers what they deserve.

I hope you will all sumali me in the DMI boycott! We...

This is a letter I am Pagsulat to NBC expressing my outrage towards the strike. Please give me your opinions!

Dear NBC Official,

I am a large supporter of the writers’ strike. I was outraged to find out that such amazing writers as Michael Schur and Mindy Kaling are not being fairly compensated for the episodes you post online or put onto DVDs. If incredible shows like The Office and Saturday Night Live are going to suffer, so will your ratings. fans like me will not watch whatever you throw at us.
I am positive this is not the first letter you...

I know this writer's strike is devastating to most fans of The Office as it means that production for the 4th season has been shut down, but it is important that the writers of such an amazing ipakita are fairly compensated for their talent.

NBC has episodes of The Office on their website for free (but with ads) and on DVD. However, the writers aren't paid for these massive sales.

Most of you are probably vowing to never buy another DVD or watch another free episode, and that does help, but what I think we should all do is write in to the people who are keeping us from watching one of the best shows...

So, I know all you guys know all this stuff but I had to write a paper in English about something walang tiyak na layunin and I was like The Office! So I'm just putting this up here for fun and this spot is going pretty slow and all the artikulo are old anyway.

The Office is a mockumentary, which means it acts like a documentary with the cameramen being a real presence in the show, but the episodes are still scripted and have actors. It focuses on the company Dunder Mifflin that sells paper, and madami specifically on the workers at the Scranton branch. One of the reasons The Office is so great is how you could...
