MJ- Does it again- voted the BEST video of the 80s
Mike does it again!!! Michael jackson's video "Thriller" topped the online poll of the tuktok 10 bidyo of the 80s.

MTV is celebrating it's 30 taon anniversary. So, Billboard.com had a poll of the tuktok 10 BEST bidyo of the 80s, 90s, and 2000s. You can still vote for the best bidyo of the 2000s.

This is a review of an artikulo written sa pamamagitan ng Jessica Letkemann. I absolutely pag-ibig her words and the adulation and respect she seems to have for MJ. I pag-ibig when Mike is being appreciated...Don't you??? Anyway, here it is enjoy!!!

"If the Video Music Awards had existed in 1983, MTV would have had to practically create a category just for the culture-dominating ingeniousness of "Thriller." It's little wonder that the video was up for several VMAs even a taon later when the awards ipakita kicked off. And almost 30 years after the MJ's epic horror-movie-style ghouls and zombies grooved and paraded into the hearts of music lovers, it's still tops with Billboard.com's voters, capturing a whopping 65% of the vote in our poll. He's not just the King of Pop, he's the king of music videos, too".

Here are the rest of the results:

1. Thriller - Michael Jackson
2.Like a Prayer- Madonna
3.Girls Just Wanna Have Fun- Cyndi Lauper
4.Take on Me- a-ha
5.When Doves Cry- Prince
6.Sledgehammer- Peter Gabriel
7.Hungry Like a Wolf- Duran Duran

Sun comes up on this new morning
Shifting shadows, a songbird sings
And if these words couldn't keep you happy
I'd do anything

And if you feel alone, I'll be your shoulder
With a tender touch, you know so well
Somebody once said, it's the soul that matters
Baby who can really tell, when two hearts belong so well?

And maybe the walls will tumble
And the sun may refuse to shine
But when I say, I pag-ibig you
Baby you gotta know
That's for all time
Baby you gotta know
That's for all time

Moon shines down on this good evening
One warm halik in the cold night air
For this good pag-ibig i'm recieving
I'd go anywhere
Just as...

Off the pader was a massive success, spawning four tuktok Ten hits (two of them number ones), but nothing could have prepared Michael Jackson for Thriller.
Nobody could have prepared anybody for the success of Thriller, since the magnitude of its success was simply unimaginable -- an album that sold 40 million copies in its initial chart run, with seven of its nine tracks reaching the tuktok Ten (for the record, the terrific "Baby Be Mine" and the pretty good ballad "The Lady in My Life" are not like the others).
This was a record that had something for everybody, building on the...
