I think that Damon loves Elena madami because he has saved her madami times 25 in faked he also wants what's best for her but Stefan he just likes her because she looks like Katherine but so dose Damon but Stefan kind of did save her once I can give him that but I really think that Damon should be the one who gets Elena.

I think that Stefan loves Elena madami than what Damon does. Stefans pag-ibig for Elena is madami real and the way their pag-ibig is described in the books makes it clear that noone can ever pag-ibig Elena madami than Stefan does. meanwhile Damon is just obsessed with his "prinssess of darkness" and making Stefans life miserable. I'm not saying that Damon doesn't like Elena, because he does but Damon doesn't know how to pag-ibig like Stefan does.

My opinion is, Stefan pag-ibig Elena madami because his pag-ibig is pure which nothing is mix into it. Stefan was willing to not gave up on Elena and tried to get Elena's humanity back. Damon also pag-ibig Elena too but he can be mean sometimes to her and can also hurt her. Stefan should be with Elena because they never gave up on each other. :)

I feel like all the people who answered haven't watched it all yet because Damon obvioulsy loved Elena more. Stefan's pag-ibig was superficial. It was a pag-ibig he needed to feel alive. However Damon really loved her. And when he first met Elena he didn't fall in pag-ibig with her right away proving that he didn't pag-ibig her because of her looks. Plus, Damon ends up hating Katherine so if thats why he love's Elena then he'd hate her. Also, unlike Stefan, Damon was able to risk Elena hating him, if it would keep her safe. And he had madami time to fall for her. He didn't jump right into a realtionship because of her looks, like Stefan. Plus, Stefan ends up with Caroline, and he actually loves her. Everyone has to get over it. Plus have you looked at Damon, like damn. Also, the whole cast sinabi they prefer Damon. Even Paul, who plays Stefan. And Damon DID NOT LIKE ELENA CAUSE SHE LOOKED LIKE KATHERINE, HAVE YOU WATCHED THE WHOLE SHOW? Damon definetly gets over Katherine. He hates her. Damon had to go through so much madami than stefan to get Elena. And sometimes Damon was mean to Elena but it's because he's already gone through so much. And when he's mean to her, it's because he loves her and he's telling her the truth, and sometimes, the truth hurts. And plus, Stefan GOT OVER ELENA AND MARRIED CAROLINE. He loved her. Not Elena. I will always feel Elena loves Stefan madami than Damon! Elena has stood sa pamamagitan ng Stefan even through his ripper phase! Plus she sinabi "It's Stefan it is always going to be Stefan". Her quote about Stefan "No matter what happens you will be best I have ever made" All Damon to Elena is cause her angst, rape her and her friends! Kill the men in her life because he is sad and I honestly tanong why Elena would want to be with Damon? My opinion is solely based off the show. Delena or Dullena is toxic boring and cliche!

yall cannot be watch the same ipakita because i know FOR A FACT that damon loved elena madami and elena loved damon more. ...just mad bc your original otp didn’t get together. damon has shown over and over again that he definitely loves her more. stefan became unwatchable in season 5-6 i couldn’t stand it or his attitude so i’m going with my gut, like elena did and say 100% delena.

Both loved Elena in their own way and both could do anything to protect her. But while Stefan used to respect her choice, had faith in her capabilities and always tried to protect not just her but her loved ones too, Damon was always busy in just keeping her alive. Stefan never tried to manipulated Elena, didn't snap someone's neck or didn't sleep with any other girl just because Elena hurt him like Damon did. Stefan trusted her so much that he let her go with Damon on road trip to figure out her feelings. Stefan even became what he hated most about himself - a ripper - to make sure Elena's safety. I will still say that Damon loved her pretty much too. But somehow Damon's pag-ibig remained as a selfish and narrow one. Stefan's pag-ibig was madami perfect and good for her. So Stefan deserved Elena more.

In My opinion Stefan loved her as they were doppelgängers and they were destined but Damon I think loved her madami as he was willing to wait and do anything for elena.
