Vampire Diaries: Steven R. McQueen Talks Jeremy’s Many Deaths

in tonight\'s episode, an emotional hour that\'s packed with more than a few surprises.

The episode is called "Stay" and following a CW screening yesterday, McQueen talked about his character\'s deaths that could have prompted his departure earlier in the series. If there was an award in Mystic Falls for dying the most times, Jeremy would probably be near the top. But, McQueen admits... he hasn\'t always been good at dying on TV.

"I was really bad at it," he admits, speaking specifically of the time Jeremy\'s body was burned on a couch inside the old Gilbert house. "I would, like, breathe… they\'d bring me in super early, and then there would be a scene where I\'m laying in a bed, and I would actually fall asleep, and then I\'d start snoring, and then I\'m in trouble with everybody because I\'m snoring really loud!"

"It was a scene where Nina\'s destroying the house and lit my body on fire… I snored so loud. She was like \'I\'m in the middle of a take!\' and I was like \'yeah, my bad\'," McQueen laughs.

"I liked when they lit my body on fire, because it was like a Darth Vader funeral. That was pretty cool," Steven recalls. "As far as the death, gosh… they\'re all fun. But my favorite funeral was still getting lit on fire."
