What is the saddest moment in Tokyo Ghoul to you?

I didn't feel sad at any parts of Tokyo Ghoul... were there any sad parts in Tokyo Ghoul ?
Although I wanna know what happened to Hide. Did that dude die or what ?

When I thought Kaneki died in the manga, then I read Tokyo Ghoul:re

When Kaneki get tortured at the end of season one. I was almost in tears! But I really pag-ibig Kaneki, even through those bloody scenes, because he shows emotion like no other anime character I've seen... (Actually he competes with some characters on Kuroshitsuji) so even though it was an over all kind of sad and gory anime, it was very emotional and very unique! I loved it!

Nothing beats Tsukiyama in Episode 8.
It's puso breaking.
The whole episode is horrible.

At the end of the manga/anime(now) where the Old Man Yoshimura is nearly killed, and when Shinohara was also almost nearly killed sa pamamagitan ng the real Owl.

The manga scene when Hide and Kaneki meet up again
Tbh it's so much sadder than the 2nd season's ending, I cried a lot when I got to it.

[EXTREME SPOILER}
This scene takes place after Kaneki basically got beaten to hell sa pamamagitan ng Arima, and he's kind of on the edge of going insane. He's seriously wounded and escapes to the sewers where he meets Hide who tells him that he knew he was a ghoul, but he didn't care, and wanted them to just go home. But then Kaneki passes out and when he awakes his wounds are all healed and there's blood in his mouth. It's not confirmed and I'm still hoping for Hide to make an appearance in :re, but it's implied that Kaneki went into a crazy state and ended up eating Hide.

In tokyo ghoul chapter 61 or 62 when kaneki's talking to "Rize"
And how he talked about how he can no longer remember the taste of his mums burgers she made. This is sad for multiple reasons such as the obvious fact hes Nawawala his humanity almost entirely or has simply ibingiay up and also the main reason its sad (spoilers from kamakailan chapters of Re inbound)

After we found out his mother was abusive it makes you wonder if he actually had burgers his mother made to enjoy in the first place since the positive memories of his mother seem to all be fake it makes it even sadder since one of the few pleasures in his life, he'd at first forgotten only to learn later on it was fake to begin with

The part where Jason tortured Kaneki ;-;

My opinion is that when hide died and kaneki was carrying hide cause when I first saw it I was literally crying so much I used a whole box of tissue.

probably when yoshi (yoshimura) is having flash backs of the people he cares deeply about while he's getting attacked sa pamamagitan ng the CCG agents and at the end he see's his dead wife that made me cry :'(

Either CERTAIN EVENTS with Shirazu or Kanae... thats what comes to mind at least. In the manga spacifically. (FYI guys of course there are gonna be spoilers on this thread, what did you expect??)

5) when Suzuya feels his pain for the first time (Shinohara's defeat)
4) "I don't want to eat anymore" at the raid on Cochlea
3) The whole Touka/Hinami/Mado and Kaneki/Amon deal
2) the last fight between Kaneki and Amon (this isn't exactly sad but it was really emotional for me)
1) the last time Hide and Kaneki meet
