Do you outline your story before you write them?

I do, because this way not only am I organized but it helps me to keep on the right track and to know where I am, plus it makes Pagsulat easier.

I have to outline. If I just free write it, then it will turn out horrible. I didn't outline World of Shadows but oddly it turned out great. I just don't want to take the risk of not outlining.
