Did you notice the flaw in Eclipse about how Bella thinks of her life?

In the middle of Eclipse, Bella is listening to Rosalie talk about her perfect human life. She also made a comment to Bella about how miserable Bella's life on Earth was; and Bella came back right away and sinabi that her life wasn't miserable. In fact, her life wasn't miserable at all!

And then at the end of Eclipse, Bella gives Edward a long speech about becoming a vampire, because all her life (18 years! hah!) she's always felt out of place, out of step, and fumbling thru life. And she knew that sa pamamagitan ng becoming a Vampire that she would actually fit in, and feel good about herself.

I find that this flaw gives you the impression that perhaps Bella is too young to make such a huge decision in changing her life. Especially when she says that her human life wasn't miserable at all. For me, it is too bad that they couldn't find some sort of cure to make Edward human again!! Now THAT would be Cool!!!!

I had written a storyline for a show, many years ago, about how a vampire could become human. If you want me to post the Story in the artikulo Section, just let me know. I will also post this as an Answer so I can get madami feedback if people want to read it or not. I guess we'll see! Thank you BOTH for commenting on this Answer. I wasn't aware that this wasn't in the books because I want to see the pelikula First THEN read the books. ;D

I dont really think it's a flaw, because feeling out of step does not necassarily mean that she was miserable. I think also that they are two different things, because she probably feels that, while her human life is a good one, it isnt the right one for her.
Also, that speech at the end of the movie was a little out of place anyways, It wasnt in the books, and even Kristen Stewart admitted in the commentary that it could give people the impression that Bella is with Edward so that she could become a vampire, which Kristen sinabi (and I agree) isnt true. Bella is becoming a vampire to be with Edward, it is just that she is lucky enough that both parts,( being with Edward and becoming a vampire), are also what is right for her.

i think bella being changed into a vampire would make sense cos let tat muddle head be beautiful at least in tat life
bella doesnt want her life to be told as miserable sa pamamagitan ng rosalie tats y she told her its not miserable
but i think its not miserable .seriously havin 2 hot guys loving u doesnt happen to any girl but the thing i really find sad is both of them being madly in pag-ibig with someone like bella ?????
(i mean the character and not kristen)
anyways it would be nice to have human edward and it would have been much much better if he loved someone worthier than bella

Flaw? I don't think so. I think Bella was saying that her life wasn't miserable BECAUSE she had Edward and the Cullens. Before they came into it, yeah, she did have a miserable life. She didn't have any friends, she missed her mother, didn't understand her father and was living in a town she hated. When Bella says her life isn't miserable, she isn't talking about having Angela and Mike for friends.

So, no, I don't see your logic. And yes, I think she was mature enough to make the decision. Sometimes you just know what you want and it is the best thing for you. Stephenie even sinabi in an interview that she doesn't think most 18 taon olds are mature enough to make the decisions that Bella did, but that Bella is a FICTIONAL CHARACTER and that her situation is different. Besides... having Edward and Bella both be human is soooooo boring. I'm sorry, but if you remove the fantastical element from this series, all you have is a bunch of angst and that doesn't interest me at all. The series is perfect the way it is.
