Powers:
She can willingly kill the person she is touching, sucking their energy. sa pamamagitan ng staring at any living thing,for a long period of time, it will eventually die. Her bite can turn people to dust. No immortality but has lived a long 500 yrs.

Background: As a 14 yrs old girl in the early 1500's she caught a disease that no one could cure. No one ever heard of the disease, but she kept getting sicker and weaker everyday. For 2 years the girl lived in such conditions, and died. But two weeks past, and a witch found her grave, wanting to see if her resurrection potion worked. She poured it onto the dead girl's body, and she awoke. But the potion had a horrible mix with the disease, and gave Dee her horrendous powers.
She awoke and killed the witch sa pamamagitan ng accident, and fled. She'd been wandering earth for years, and finally came to a stop in Gotham City. A Villain of the night.
She often clashes with Harley, angry with her inability to kill her. Harley's earth-linked powers allow her to survive death at circumstances. She once tried to lure the hero sa pamamagitan ng faking a distress call from Red Arrow. Harley survived Dee'd attack however, and is permanently on Fever's hit list.
She has also had quick encounters with Alana, and her Dragon/dog, who'm she's met with the same ability to live for long periods of time.
Her inability for self control, causes her to lust after human men, killing them, and after Harley's escapes, she targets for the men on the YJ team.
