No one really knows.....I think he does. In the last episode, "Depths," Nightwing made a statement that he has had a history with Zatanna. So, they probably dated awhile back. :)

Know one knows for sure but i really hope they still r ! I mean theyr perfect 4 each other & their histories r so similar but completely diferent ! theyr just perfect ! + theyr adorible together !

I segundo that! I pag-ibig Nightwing and Zatanna. I would pag-ibig to see some flashbacks of their "history" ;) ;) lol

I dont know...He was dating Barbara Gordon last time they really showed his "love life" but he definitely had feeling towards Zatanna soo maybe. I think he probably dated her at some point, and i dont think hes still with Babara ssooo I think we just have to wait and c !
well in the comics Nightwing likes Barbra Gordon, even madami so after joker shoots and she becomes the Oracle, but i haven't recently seen any young justice so i cant speak for what is going on on the show.
i think that when Nightwing was younger, like when he was Robin. He might have dated Zatanna,nothing too serious. Now as Nightwing i think he will be with Batgirl
