I've been thinking. "The Lion Guard" doesn't make any sense for several reasons. One of them being that (if you're a sequel person), Simba has only a daughter--Kiara--who grows to adulthood--and NO son--in Lion King 2. It's Disney's answer to "what if Simba had a son?" which is cool. BUT it's like they just took a Lion King OC from somebody's old DeviantArt account and made a TV ipakita out of that...
