Hutch stirred and woke dazed from yesterday, the actions and thoughts that took place still planted firmly in his mind like it was branded into his mind. Hutch stood and walked to the entrance of the yungib and over looked over the valley, everything seemed normal. "Let's hope I don't get jumped sa pamamagitan ng the alphas for killing Garth." Hutch sinabi as he started out his den. Already he saw mga lobo whispering to each other, tossing him sly looks and disgusted faces as he walked by. "What are you looking at?" Hutch sinabi angrily at Kate as she looked at him disgustedly. "Nothing" Kate sinabi "I just heard what you did to Garth." Hutch was pissed. "I Didn't Do anything to him! It wasn't ME!" Hutch yelled. "Sure it wasn't" Kate sinabi turning around. Hutch wouldn't be ignored, he ran and tackled Kate pinning her on her back. "GET OFF, HUTCH!" Kate sinabi assertively, But something did rock her a little...The way Hutch looked. He has strange facial markings...His demon had be released. "Oh look what we have a here, A cute little alpha" Hutch's demon sinabi as he looked at her with his cat-like eyes. Kate was worried, but not for herself, she was scared for her newborn pups! Kate looked at them trying not to let the demon she where she was looking, but it was too late. The demon looks into her yungib and eyes the pups. "Well well well, what do we have here" The demon says with a smirk on his face "You ilipat or tell anyone I'm here, I kill you...even if you don't I might kill you anyway!" The demon then walks into the yungib and picks a pup up in his jaws. Kate was having a hard time not moving, her puso racing and instincts telling her to attack, but she couldn't, the demon would kill the pups and her if she tried any funny business. The demon then set the pup in front of him. "So innocent and cute...it disgusts me!" the demon sinabi angrily. "Hmm...As much as I don't like pups, I would never kill one, it is defense less and posses no threat to me." The demon then sets the pup down and walks to Kate "You're lucky I'm not killing you, I could've kill you all!" And with that, The demon darts off and hides. Hutch gains back control and is dazed from it. "Damn...Come on demon...leave me now! I don't want you! I don't need you!" Suddenly, a sharp pain rips through his whole body. "You forgot who is in control here, don't make me remind you who is the boss here." the demon said. Hutch was in excruciating pain, but he still fought the pain and stood. "Ah, you see, THAT is why I picked you, you are strong and persistent!" The demon cause so much pain to Hutch that Hutch almost passes out. "But I'm the alpha here!" The demon sinabi with a demonic laugh which rang through Hutch's ears for what seemed like a eternity, But it soon ended. "This...can't be real...it can't be.." "Oh it's real Hutch, it's as real as you are. Don't make me prove I'm real. I'm not a figment of your imagination, I'm madami than your pathetic, mere mind can fathom! I'm the devil's right-hand-hound! YOU. CAN'T. WIN." "So! I will win, Go-" A sharp pain goes through Hutch's groin and spine "You didn't seem to hear me! You can't win! I will win, every time." Hutch was concerned...the demon was right! The demon was stronger and smarter then him, he couldn't fight it. "...What do you want to do..." Hutch sinabi agreeing. "...That's a good boy, let us go and have some fun with the omegas..." The demon said. Hutch then was over taken sa pamamagitan ng the demon. "Yeah" Hutch sinabi "LET"S!!"

One thing I had to do before starting this was fix a small problem that I had created. The timeline has Lilly giving birth a buwan or so after Humphrey’s supposed death, meaning she would’ve gotten pregnant around the beginning of Missing Parents.

The reason she had to be pregnant during this time was because Jax, Jonas, and Martin had to be roughly the same age as Stinky, Claudette, and Runt, which means they had to be born as soon as possible after Legend. However, it’s very doubtful that Lilly would’ve gotten pregnant in the aftermath of Humphrey’s death as everyone would be taking...

I’m putting chapter seven into its own section here just because of how incredibly long it is, considering this is when Humphrey tells his story of what happened to him during the seventeen years he was gone.

My original plan was to have Steven find a naturally occurring lean-to when the group settles down with Gerald, but then I realized how incredibly unlikely that would be, so I went back to A Hero’s Past and had Viggo’s tent break in the storm, so then he would be forced to make a lean-to and that could be the one they use in The Final War.
