Why do you like to read?

I like to because whenever I read a book, I get Nawawala into my own world, separated from everything else exept that one story. I never have to worry about anybody judging me, or accusing me, or hurting me, because it's THEIR story, not mine. If it ever gets to be too much for me, I can put down the book, walk away, and start a new one, unlike Life. I can see that I'm not the only one who makes mistakes, that I'm not alone in my feelings or thoughts, and that I can be myself. The people in the books may not be real, but they still have stories, just the same, waiting to be heard.

There's no such thing as the end of a book. You may have read the last page, there may be nowhere else to go, but that story will always live on in your Mind and Soul, thriving there. It will always live, even when the may-akda or reader dies.
