SEMI-SPOILER Evermore (Immortal series) and Blue Moon are, first of all, wonderful books. They're about a girl, Ever, and a boy, Damen, who have fallen in love time and time again. He'd been falling for her for 400 years now. 500 years ago, his (now) ex-wife, Drina, Damon left, because he'd fallen for Ever (who has a different, yet similar name each time around). This is a book with past-lives, and because Damen and Drina do not die, Drina would come to kill Ever everytime that Ever came back and fell in love with him. Damen, however, thought that these were just freak accidents, until one day, the most recent tale, Ever was in the car with her family, snotty and all, and was ran into a tree. (Drina's fault) Her and her entire family died, but Damen was a witness to this (not knowing it was Drina) and he brought Ever back to life. He followed her around, now depressed and living with her aunt Sabine, but didn't aproach her. Not 'till she was sixteen, and now she finds out that she's immortal, also, and finds that she has to learn how to be a propper immortal. She falls in love with Damen. In order to survive, they drink this wine thing, and to me it reminds me of vampire=immortal, wine=blood. I dunno, you can tell me your opinion, yes?

no, because its not a vampire theory they are nothing like vampires they don't drink blood they don't burn in the sunlight
so i don't know where you have got the ideal that it is a vampire theory but it is really not a vampire theory they are just immortal beings

yea the immortals remind me of vampires too. It is implied in the book that he is a vampire at first. He even sucks someones neck at one point and ever sees him drinking a blood red drink...it fakes you out at first.
I think it's nice take on it. These immortals get all the benefits of eternal life and superpowers without having to feed off humans...or dear i guess if your a "vegetarian" vampire.
