kristyanismo Sagot

Don't pray to a saint. Pray to God.
But you shouldn't need divine help for algebra. The best thing you can do is study and work hard. If you need help, ask a parent or a teacher or even a friend. I hope things go well! God bless! :)

As a Catholic, saints are our guides and helpers in our lives, I dont pray to saints to worship them i pray for guidence because they have been in the same situations we have. I do pray to God but i pray to saints too because it's my religion. Also I have a tutor and my dad helps me but it's still difficult. And thanks

As a former or "recovering" Catholic, I actually know a site where you can look stuff like this up (: Off the tuktok of my head I was going to say Saint Catherine, but I checked this website to be sure and found two others. Thomas and Ambrose.
Each saint has a back story which the site tells you some of, whenever I was looking for a saint I liked to be sure I know some about him or her and could connect in someway with the Saint I was going to be asking for help.

I'll post the iugnay to these three's profiles here for you to check out (:

St. Thomas(Patron saint of Catholic schools, Colleges, Schools, and Students):
link

St. Catherine (Patron saint of Philosophers and Students):
link

St. Ambrose (Patron saint of Bee Keepers(though that parts unimportant lol) and Learning.):
link

While praying can be a huge comfort and definitely boost your confidence, be careful not to rely completely on prayer, especially when it comes to academics. Make sure you get the tutoring and studying help you need as well (:

Tho it's Biblical to pray to Hesus only for guidance, I agree that it's best to ask a teacher/parent/guardian for help. A friend too. U could have a study group, or something like that. Good luck & God bless.

they are definately simular; but my point was that prayer to anyone but God is definately not something Christians do. that's found in Catholocism. thanks for sharing the info, though.:)

Catholicism, in fact, IS a branch of Christianity. As u know, all branches are similar & different. I know we're only supposed to pray to Hesus directly for EVERYTHING (no one else), but we all are still Christians. Different traditions.

the catholic church was the first sect of Christianity, for centuries there was nothing but the catholic church so i assure you i am christian. praying to saints is not praying to them as God but madami like asking a friend for help :) Thanks though

Thanks for the question, I also am struggling and need some divine help. And of course I am not praying to a saint its like holding hands in a group and praying for someone. And of course we can't just pray and expect to learn without putting in the effort. There is so many common misunderstandings. Too bad people didn't have to investigate knowledgeable sources before they come up with their conlusions.
