“Memories, light the corners of my mind”

She was walking fast, shouting about the piece that must be made between hers and English people. Standing for many hours and going up and down, trying to take people’s attention with slogans among with a group of other English people, she felt exhausted, but nothing was stronger than her will, so she did anything but stopped. Peace was a vital issue for the happy living of both sides of the river, so she joined a group of idealists In Jamestown and kept her traditional Native American cloth to show, that peace can be made sa pamamagitan ng both living without differences and keeping traditions of both cultures, as well. Unfortunately, not all of the crowd was so kind to this idea and showed it sa pamamagitan ng using the phrase “bloody savages” multi times. “Some araw they will understand”, she though and when she was about to give up she had Grandmother Willow sa pamamagitan ng her side. She gave her strength and courage as always. And she kept doing this for five years, without tiring or giving up. These years, which passed happily and with pag-ibig and calmness, brought her a daughter, a beautiful sapphire- eyed girl with tsokolate skin and dark raven hair. Her baby changed her a lot. She left her village forever and moved to Jamestown, she became a Christian, wearing expensive gowns and making up her face with talc. Her Native American dress was torn and thrown away; she did never wear it again, or even see it. But that didn’t stop her from being in the group, which taught people to live in peace. Moreover, she organized big balls and meetings in the name of the king – she had his support- and tried to make people understand with big speeches the advantages of peace. One day, while she was at the streets of Jamestown with some of her allies teaching people about peace, she saw a man near a coach. There was a woman beside him: she was tall and was wearing a huge hat with a big ribbon on it. She immediately knew who the man was. At that time happiness filled here heart, so she ran towards him. She waved. The blonde- haired man smiled at her view, he was really excited to see her after five years.
“We have to go sir”, sinabi the driver.
“Just wait a minute” answered the man.
He came closer to her and after hugging her, he introduced the girl who was standing beside him.
“This is my future wife, Ms Bianka Wright and hopefully Ms Bianka Smith”.
The black-haired woman gave a glance to Bianka and smiled.
“So, are you still married?” asked the man with trembling voice.
“Yes, I am. We have a great time, hope you’ll feel the same soon”.
Silence fulfilled them for a while; then she came to break it sa pamamagitan ng suggesting:
“Well, I have to go now, my duty is calling me. You can find me in “Marcus’ place” for a talk tonight, asked the government for where it is, since I supposed you came now” she sinabi and pointed the ship to justify her assuming.
“Politics again?” the man said, slightly laughing.

“Always”, she answered and sa pamamagitan ng adding “Goodbye” she left.
“So, here you are”, told one of her allies, as she walked near him.
“I met a friend and I had to talk to him, I haven’t seen him for five years. He was with his future wife. But now I am here”, answered the woman and took something from the box her ally was holding.
“So, who was he?” asked her ally, a red – haired man, named Thomas.
As soon as she was about to answer, steps were heard. She turned to find him.
Thomas was shocked. The man greeted him, it seems he knew him. He and the woman went a bit further and were looking at each other.
“How is she?”, he asked with nostalgia.
The woman gasped and shook her head:
“She is fine, she grows older. How beautiful is she!”, she told.
“Is he a good father?”, the man asked, now losing his smile.
The woman answered immediately; “Yes, he is great and both I and my girl are happy”.
No words came from the man’s mouth, so the woman caressed her hair and added:
“You can come and see her, if you want, tonight. Bring your future wife, too. I guess you told her”.
“I told her, but I am not coming. I can’t.” he explained.
“I understand, I know”, she excused him.
They were standing up, looking each other for several minutes. Their eyes were wet, they were hardly keeping their tears. But they were happy to talk after so many years. Their feelings were mixed but nostalgia was the queen. They couldn’t resist anymore, they hugged and kissed each other cheeks, as friendly as they could. They made do so many times together, after all. They couldn’t be nothing but grateful to each other.
They slowly separated and he walked some steps away.
“Goodbye Pocahontas “, he said.
She bowed, letting him go away forever.
As he turned his back and he was leaving she whispered “ Goodbye John Smith“.

Here's my quick top10 favorites of Disney Princess movie songs. I get stuck to a new tune or lyrics far easily, if its hummable and peppy especially. I like listening to songs and don't have particular fixed tastes in genres. Though i find, i tend to gravitate towards pop, rock and Indian music. Very rarely I enjoy classical music, although some that I pag-ibig become my all time favorites and they don't die-out. I guess that's how classic music is. Anyways, this is my current listahan of tuktok 10 favrorites songs from DP movies, it keeps changing for sure as I ilipat onto newer songs.

10. I see the light:...

.... Or Are They? I keep hearing this massive distortion that Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora and sometimes others are "unrealistically perfect". Well first of all, they're not actually "perfect" but yes they strive for it and come pretty close. The number one reason? The earlier DPs were made in a time where families were still valued as well as good morals and they were on their best behavior in front of children, hoping that the kids would learn to embrace positive traits and reject negative traits so they would be madami positive people. They cared madami about well-roundedness, being modest...

Okay, so I have come across a lot of criticism against Merida that she is childish, rude, reckless, selfish and what not. But since she's my 2nd paborito princess, i'd like to put up a case in her favor for people to consider and see her in better light. I have tried to dissect the movie scenes, probed into possible perspective on various minor details that may have been overlooked.

Why she isn't sophisticated as others:
She no doubt loves both her mother and father, but Merida takes off a part of feisty, loud and unapologetically honest side from her father. She loves to fight with him, laughing...

The saddest moments from DP pelikula that made me cry and most often they still do. Some are close to puso while some are so well enacted and animated that i'm moved sa pamamagitan ng the simplicity of emotions.

13. 3 good mga engkanto put the entire kingdom to sleep:
Despite their best of efforts, they lose Aurora to the spell and the only way to make things work is to put the entire kingdom to sleep, waking only when she awakens. It makes me sad to see them blame themselves for this loss. It doesn't make me cry though, but yes, it puts me in a sad mood.

12. Sinderella crying in the forest:
More than her dress...

So I've been pagbaba that the "Prettiest Princess" ranking is sort of like a right of passage artikulo that all of the fans here on fanpop do so I figured it was time for my own. Instead of just doing a physical beauty ranking, I wanted to do an pangkalahatang beauty ranking instead. I personally see ranking women based only on their physical beauty as objectifying them so I am kind of confused that it's not looked at that way here on fanpop? (Not saying this to judge or condone others but just out of genuine curiosity and confusion considering the way some fans have reacted to perceived objectification...

Like I stated in my last wallpost I'm about to lose my grandmother and so I decided to write an artikulo about some of the Saddest Moments in the DP pelikula in no particular order (but I'll mention my number 1 in the end of the article). So anyway hope you'll like this article

Brave: The 2nd Sunrise
I may not be a big tagahanga of Brave, but this scene is sad, when I first saw this movie in the cinemas I cried during this scene and I still find this scene to be quite sad

Cinderella: The Dress Ripping Scene
This scene is so sad to watch everytime, Sinderella had the chance of finally getting out of the...

If any of you are familiar with character stylization or really art in general you might like this article. I'm talking about character stylization in the sense that when the artist is also the may-akda of the character's personality and has written out their every thought in simply the way they are designed. This can also be called "interpreted art" as anyone can perceive it differently, but a common factor still remains that everyone agrees on. BASICALLY I'm going to "guess" what the princess' personality is like based on the way she's drawn, see what the general consensus is on her personality...

My Favourite Things from The Sound of Music
Video: link

This song reminds me of the scene in the woods after she's been scared sa pamamagitan ng the dark shadowed shapes of the trees. When she asks the mga hayop what they would do and starts pag-awit With a Smile and a Song. Well this be an alternative song or whilst she' pag-awit she could be imagining her favourite things. I can also Snow White pag-awit this. It does require a positive sounding vocal so it makes sense.

Earth Angel sa pamamagitan ng Llewellyn & Juliana

Her relationship with the Dwarves. She helped them grow and...

Since this section has been very inactive lately I decided to fresh it up sa pamamagitan ng Pagsulat another article, about my paborito Disney Princesses, hope you'll like this artikulo :)

13. Merida

She's the only Disney Princess that I don't like at all, but I don't dislike her either, I feel neutral towards her. The main reason might sound weird, but it's mainly because I don't think she fits in the Disney Princess lineup, to be perfectly honest I would appreciate her character madami if she wasn't an official Disney Princess. Besides that there's nothing wrong about her character except her temper, she's...

Hello All! Due to my life interfering with my time these days, I took a hiatus from artikulo writing. I also took a hiatus, because KataraLover and Cruella stepped into the void, and took on the “these are horrible characters argument” in a set of ongoing video discussions that can be found on the video iugnay page of The Disney Princess Club. (My hat goes off to them, as they were dispelling the myths and stigmas surrounding certain unbeloved characters). Great work, guys!!!
Since this is the last artikulo on the Vices of the Disney Princesses, I want to at least say...
