Bonjour!
I did an artikulo similar to this a few months ago, however it was tuktok ten heroines instead of the princesses. However, since my opinions have changed, I decided to write one that was about all of the princesses, so, no Meg or Esmeralda this time. :(. Anyway, feel free to disagree with my opinion but please remember it is my opinion; please don't call my reasons shallow or illegitimate because (that's not really very nice, and) I'm not trying to get anybody to like them or anything, all I'm trying to say is good things about each one, and why I like them. I'm not good at seeing flaws, because that's just me, however I do see some. Anna and Elsa are included.
Enjoy!

13. Merida

I do not dislike any of the princesses at all, because as I've stated previously I am terrible at disliking pretty much anything. I guess I just liked/admired the others better. Plus, I preferred the others' movies. Merida is a great character; I just found it hard to understand why she would tamper with her mum's pagkain to change her fate. This was a very selfish thing to do and it not only affected her mother but the whole country as marriage resulted in unity. However I deeply admire her determination to resolve things and how she matured and developed at the end of the movie; I think that was great and I congratulate her for her character development. I'm glad they've added someone like Merida to the line-up - to teach people that nobody's perfect and that making mistakes is OK sometimes.

12. Sinderella

Again I do not dislike Sinderella in the slightest. I pag-ibig how she's kind, hard-working and compassionate and she even doesn't let the bullsh*t that Lady Tremaine and her stepsisters throw on her, bother her (in most cases). She's quite a strong character, I just wish she chased her dreams instead of merely dreaming them. I mean, I'm glad she went to the ball, but that was with assistance (which is fine - most dps get through with help of some sort) and encouragement. I just wish she totally went for it! Sinderella shows us that good things happen to people who are kind and hard-working and good-hearted. Basically good karma! I really admire her.

11. Pocahontas

Still not disliking. I like Pocahontas a little madami than the ones previously mentioned because of how she's a new character - all spiritual and natural and is all about equality and human rights. Real stuff. I admire her for her bravery and how she took risks in the first scenes. I like how she accepts John Smith as a friend and opens up to him instead of immediately generalising and insisting he's a bad guy. I like the fact their relationship is interracial (it's something different) and I really admire Pocahontas' curiosity. However, I just found Pocahontas slightly boring after she met John Smith, apart from when she sings Colours of the Wind and then saves his life. I know some people get really angry when anyone mentions that and I apologise but that's my opinion. Other than that, she's a great character, but I guess I liked the others more.

10. Tiana

Tiana is great. She is a lot like Sinderella as she's very hardworking, however, like Ariel she is determined and passionate to follow her dreams and make her life happier, being the best she can be. However the thing that annoyed me was how she kissed someone for money. That's actually what she did when you think about it. Also she can get a little over the tuktok sometimes and doesn't see what's really important at first but I like how she learns and wants to stay a frog for love. Naw. Plus she has an amazing pag-awit voice and a beautiful smile, the prettiest smile out of all of them I believe. I like Tiana.

9. Aurora

I guess now I'm getting to the princesses I really like. Aurora is beautiful on the inside and out; I can relate to her quiet, day-dreamy character as I often araw dream myself, and I'm quiet too, tee hee. I really like the fact that she went back to her kingdom instead of meeting Phillip; I saw her as obedient, dutiful and selfless and there is nothing wrong with that. She put the needs of her biological family and kingdom in front of her own and I admire her for that. Her blue toga is my favourite dress out of all of the princesses' dresses. She is so beautiful; and when she wakes up and smiles she looks angellic! pangkalahatang I find her araw dreamy and quiet, introverted, selfless, dutiful, mature and regal; someone who you would expect a princess to be!

8. Anna

The poor newest princesses have been gaining much hate and criticism lately (on Fanpop) and I guess I'm going to have to give them both some love!!! I like Anna; I really admire her willingness, bravery and sacrificial qualities that put her kingdom and sister first. She cares about her older sister so very much, even though they hardly know each other, and I think that's a beautiful example of sisterly, unconditional love. She may not know much about the other love, but she definitely exemplifies unconditional, family love, something we rarely see in Disney films. Anna is in the middle, along with Aurora and number 7 because I don't dislike them at all, but they're just not my favourites and I relate to the tuktok six more. I'm guessing everybody has those middle princesses that they don't know where to put! Anna reminds me a little of my sister too; and it's funny because I think I am a lot like Elsa. My sister (who coincidentally shares the same name with my seventh princess) is dependent; she always needs people around her! She's extroverted, always needs explanations and is hugely accident prone!!! However when she does realise that I'm not the worst person in the world and that she does pag-ibig me sometimes, she shows it. :)

7. hasmin

I pag-ibig hasmin when I was a child. I loved her hair; so long and shiny. (Now Aurora holds the position of "favourite hair"). The reasons I like hasmin are that she's smart, assertive and is not afraid to say what she thinks (which I cannot do myself, therefore I admire people who can. I'm kind of shy and very introverted.) I pag-ibig how she "isn't a prize to be won" and I pag-ibig the feminist qualities she possesses. hasmin is really quite pretty too, and I like her clothes. I also like how she's sexy and she knows it; and uses it as a weapon, that was kind of funny.

6. Snow White

Aw, dear Snow White. Bless her cotton socks. We're up to the princesses I love. Snow White is so cute, innocent and sweet it's hard not to adore her! I like how she's a hopeless romantic but also shy, and that instead of demanding shelter and pagkain in the dwarves' house she offers to compromise and works to earn a bed. (Or three). She's still assertive, and certainly not aggressive. Her voice, though some people claim it to be annoying, is actually very impressive, as she can sing to very high notes and Adriana Caselotti (sorry if I spelt it wrong) was pretty extraordinary. Snow White is so sweet and cute and I just want to give her a hug! Through her hard life, she kept optimistic and pure, and that is why she is adorable and admirable.

Elsa

Aw Elsa, I pag-ibig you too. As soon as I saw the trailer for "Frozen" I knew I was going to pag-ibig her. What surprised me was how much I did, and that I liked Anna too. I am a lot like Elsa, and because I am I feel a little bit funny when some people say they hate her personality. That's why I kind of defend her the most. (By all means don't change your opinion, just explaining why I defend her sometimes). I think she's a bit like Aurora too; selfless and putting her kingdom above her own needs. She had to become Queen; if it was a choice I doubt she would have taken the role, as she didn't seem to want to. I think running away was not running from her problems; it was keeping the kingdom ligtas from what she and others thought were treachery and sorcery. Plus, after spending years cooped up in that one room, running wildly in the mountains was probably a massive relief; who could blame her for wanting to get out. I am like her because I am silent, introverted, I care a lot for my younger sister and I prefer being alone most of the time. But I pag-ibig Elsa, not only because she has ice powers, beautiful clothes and an amazing pag-awit voice, but also because she is selfless, and sacrifices much for her kingdom and her family through her already difficult life, and makes being a princess/Queen a real job, instead of having nice clothes and a great pag-awit voice.

Belle

Belle was previously first on my lift when I first joined a few months ago. I am like her too; I try to be non-judging, I pag-ibig pagbaba and writing, I long for adventure in the great wide, somewhere and I also feel like sometimes I don't fit in. Belle is practically perfect in every way (no I did not just quote Mary Poppins). Smart, independent, sees past appearances, kind. She has a beautiful, warm personality that's hard to beat, and she would be first on my listahan if I didn't click with the others more. I pag-ibig her relationship with the Beast and how he develops. "Beauty and the Beast" is my favourite Disney song and portrays their relationship beautifully. Belle is absolutely gorgeous, inside and out, and I also pag-ibig how she's French!!!

Rapunzel

Aw, Rapunzel! We're up to the "really love" princesses. I pag-ibig Rapunzel because she, like Merida, develops throughout the film, as does her relationship with Flynn, my favourite prince. I read a kamakailan artikulo which sinabi that Rapunzel radiates sunshine; I couldn't agree more, and credit to the author! She's golden and sunny and loveable. She and Snow are alike in how they're both optimistic, sweet, cute and kind. She's amazing with a frying pan and I pag-ibig how her dream is so simple and humble, and then she finds her new dream. The fact that she wanted to sacrifice herself to keep Flynn alive is admirable and I see her as selfless, since she had little experience of the outside world and was just getting to know adult-hood and love. I also like how she's creative and artistic, a little bit like me!!! She develops from a teenager into an adult during the movie (both physically and mentally) and I pag-ibig her to bits!

2. Ariel

Ariel was my favourite princess when I was a kid; one of the reasons why she and my first princess (who you've probably guessed now) are this high, and it's because of nostalgia, and I used to watch their pelikula over and over and I never got sick of them. For me Ariel is the first Disney Princess to be passionate and determined to make her dreams come true. I pag-ibig how she opens up in Part of your World; beforehand she was reserved and alone (well, she had Flounder) and an outcast. She clearly didn't get on with her dad, and I know Triton wanted the best for Ariel, but it was his version of the best and not what she wanted and needed. I like Ariel because she is passionate, determined, curious, and how she brought together the humans and the mer-people through her actions. A revolutionary individual that changed minds about how races really are and how they are seen as. She values knowledge and discovery, which I admire, and she's independent, persistent and always had a beautiful smile on her face. :) A great, classic character that I will never stop admiring and loving.

1. Mulan

Lol, who saw this coming? Mulan is first in a lot of lists; and I've been dragged into it. Mulan is such an incredible and admirable character, and even though she isn't technically a Princess, she best exemplifies Disney Princess values. She's smart, for one. Hugely intelligent; and not just intelligent, but she is also loaded with common sense. She tries to be herself but is always afraid because people want her to be something else, however she continues to be herself; it's automatic for her. And she's brave. She selflessly sacrificed herself for the pag-ibig and well-being of her father. She wasn't chasing pag-ibig and romance however she welcomed it; I like that. She never gave up during training, and when everybody beat her up and sinabi she was never going to make it, she persisted and succeeded anyway. She also didn't give up when she tried to let people know the huns were invading China; I would have been frustrated and I wouldn't have known what to do. I pag-ibig the score in her movie, it's powerful like Mulan is, and the movie has some marvellous quotes, both funny and inspirational. "Inspirational" is a great word to describe the funny, intelligent, brave, persistent character which most people have on their listahan as first place. That, is why she is first.

Thank you very much for pagbaba my artikulo and I hope you enjoyed it! Feel free to disagree, but I did try my best. :). I hope you all have a wonderful day!!!
Merci et au revoir!

I have returned after pretty much spending pasko break w/ family (mostly my sister) and am in such a good mood due to non-Disney related epicness, Nostalgia Critic finishing Disneycember, and my shows returning while my paborito one comes to the finale.

But enough excuses. I also took time off to carefully go over the subject for this artikulo because of very good reason. What's the reason?

I pag-ibig DISNEY SIDEKICKS!

Yes, the side characters are what make the pelikula for me in the Disney pics because I remember mostly their moments because they're awesome. To me, the sidekicks are the funny characters...

10.Snow White
This sweet, refined, adorable little girl might be a joy to watch on-screen, but might've been lacking a bit in the smart department. First of all, she goes into some little house that she doesn't even know who's it is, and sleeps on their bed! Really? What if they all had malaria or something? Then, even though the dwarves warned her PLENTY of times, she lets in an old, creepy lady into her house....

14. Cinderella

To me, Sinderella isn’t the best princess. I’m not sure what it is, but something about her just rubs me the wrong way. I’m not sure if it’s her voice, her personality, or her naivety, but I just can’t stand her. She doesn’t try very hard to get Prince Charming, she does try just not very hard, she doesn’t even tell him her name! How wrong is that? She dances with the dude all night and doesn’t even tell him anything about herself, to me, that’s just wrong!

Hi I am new to Fanpop, and I saw that lots of people had done this type of artikulo so I decided to give it a try. Here is a listahan of my tuktok 10 paborito Disney Princess eyes. Please enjoy, and comment because this is my first article.

10. Snow White

Her eyes are so small and round, that they just don't look like she could possibly have peripheral vision. And the color is quite dull. They just aren't stunning and they have no depth to them.
I do like Snow White, but she has no depth, especially in her eyes. There is nothing there, just a blank stare.

Mulans hair looks very thin. && It is also very straight. I like a little wave, curl,or Body in hair. && Mulans has none of that. It is just plain.

Let me start off sa pamamagitan ng saying that there is no Disney Princess I truly dislike. I think it’s simply impossible for me to dislike anything Disney. In a way that made this listahan especially hard to do because I felt bad each time I placed a Princess on the list. I pag-ibig them all, with perhaps the exception of the last lady on my list, and even her I don’t completely dislike. She’s last simply because she’s the only one who managed to get me irritated at some point, something which no other princess has managed. I couldn’t find it in my puso to be irritated at any of them. But madami on that...

F: 10. Aurora
Just a bland piece of nothing. She is pretty, that's it. Well yeah she has some great morals, but she fell asleep and so did I.

P: 10. Rapunzel
She is nice and cute but eyes freak me out. TOO big!!! She looks like she is 12. But one this is that she has got amazing hair. That's all.

In light of the actual “fairy tale trend” in TV and movie, I recently realized how much the Disney pelikula have “taken over” the fairy tales they are based on, and how few people actually know the story they are based on. Because of this, I’ll compare the Disney-Version with the pinagmulan text, and I’ll recommend a few other adaptations I really like. I’ll only take a look at the fairy tales – meaning I’ll skip Pocahontas and Mulan, since they are not part of my culture. Perhaps someone who grew up with those stories is ready to do a small piece about them?

Considering that...

Prince Charming, the segundo prince who married Sinderella is in the last place.Fans say that he is so boring, that we don't know him a lot. People see him as lazy, because he didn't look for Cinderella, so he send servants. In my opinion, I pag-ibig him, so kind, handsome....

9.Cinderella
Cinderella's actions would make hasmin very angry. hasmin wouldn't like how passive she is, and how she's dreamy and wishes for madami but doesn't do anything about it. hasmin also wouldn't understand or like how Sinderella never stands up to her stepfamily in a forceful or aggressive way, or never tells them off. She would find it very insulting to her strength as a woman.

Here is the first artikulo for the Best Disney song countdown, ipinapakita the songs in 79st-68st place.

79. 'Gonna take you there'- The Princess and the Frog.

Unsurprising that a song that is kind of unimportant and not really needed in the movie ,which may be one of the reasons, comes in last place (which imo it didn't really deserve) and also the fact that it may not be as loved as some of the other, better known Disney songs probably helped it to leave.

And yes, I’m still on the topic of dubbing. I’m pleased to say that at least “Sleeping Beauty” escaped the policy of redubbing in Germany. “Cinderella” has mostly still the original dub, but for the DVD release some “marketing genius” decided that they had to change the opening scene. Who cares about the back story of Cinderella, let’s explain the audience that “Cinderella” is the American version of “Aschenputtel”. The explanation is not even correct, since the movie is based on the French version of the fairy-tale, which is much different from the German one. And...

10. Charming

Okay, okay. I know this is a typical placement for him, but I just feel neutral about him. I can't use the excuse for lack of screen time, because, well...you'll see why later. I also can't say he lacks a personality, because he does have a personality. When he...

Chapter 11

Despite Ariel's assurance, Melody still hated the idea of not having a mother. Why doesn't she have a mother? How come other kids have two parents while she has one? Mind you, not that she doesn't like her dad-no she loves him! Melody still yearns for someone who will read stories to her and halik daddy when he comes home.

"You don't know what happened to your mother?" Ariel asked.

Melody shook her head. "No, I don't know what happened to her."

Ariel didn't press anymore to the subject. Melody must have a been a baby when a tragedy struck her mother. Silence filled the whole room, only...
