Second: Here is my personal break-down analysis based on knowledge of Arab/Muslim culture compared to the Disney Aladdin film.

The majority of Princess Jasmine's numerous flaws stem from the fact that she is completely inaccurate and offensive to her culture. From the clothes she wears to the way she speaks, hasmin does not represent Arab or Muslim women at all but rather a disgraceful woman in their culture. Unfortunately, hasmin is not a suitable role model for young girls.

1. hasmin is dressed like a Harem girl instead of a princess. A princess is the daughter of the king who no man is allowed to touch without the king's approval. A harem girl is one of the king's many mistresses. No king would dress his daughter like his mistress. No father would want to see his daughter dressed in that way.

2. hasmin is very impulsive to her detriment. She runs away from tahanan which would never happen in reality as she knows she would've been raped and/or killed as a lone female running around, especially in that clothing.

3. hasmin does not choose her words wisely and therefore gets herself into madami trouble. (Example: She says "At least one good thing will come of me being Queen, I'll have the power to get rid of you!" to Jafar. Now, someone who wasn't trying to stop her from getting to be reyna has all of the incentive in the world to stop Jasmine. If hasmin had kept her mouth shut, she could've just became reyna and actually got rid of Jafar instead of just talking about it.)

4. hasmin doesn't have enough self worth/value. As she says in Aladdin, "I am not a prize to be won." So she's just some trash to be thrown out? She completely looks at herself the wrong way. She IS a prize to be won and she gets to choose who gets to win. Instead of just being ibingiay to someone, her preferences are actually playing a huge part. Most other princesses in the world and most other women in the middle east (Jasmine's culture) would not have had so many luxuries in choice of who to marry as hasmin did.

In addition, when hasmin first meets Aladdin when he saves her in the marketplace, she immediately goes tahanan with him. He is a stranger and she has no idea what he will do to her. She also knows Aladdin is lying about what Abu says when Aladdin pretends Abu "thinks it's awful" that hasmin "has to get married". In this moment, she goes to halik Aladdin but the guards interrupt. No proper young lady would go back to a strange man's house and let him make his moves on you. If she had madami self value, she wouldn't be offering her first halik to a walang tiyak na layunin kalye criminal that she doesn't even know if she should trust or not yet.

5. hasmin is incredibly spoiled. Instead of recognizing how much better her life is than any other woman around her, hasmin refuses to acknowledge her blessings and instead is very spoiled and selfish in her wants for more. Nothing would ever be good enough for hasmin as her life is already better than everyone else around her yet she still complains. All her father wanted, was to know that his daughter would be taken care of sa pamamagitan ng a good man before he died and she wouldn't even give these men the time of day. How is she supposed to know whether or not they are worthy or whether or not she could pag-ibig them when she wont even really meet them or give them a chance? She'd be a much madami pleasant and reasonable person if she at least gave them a chance but made no connection. The film makes it obvious that she doesn't even try to connect with them though.

6. hasmin is absolutely a tease and not just for her clothing. Having watched the film, it is easy to say that her clothes are chosen for her rather than chosen sa pamamagitan ng her. This doesn't change the fact that she is so unpleasant in her personality that the most likely reason for her provocative clothing is so as not to scare off every potential suitor. Besides her clothing though, hasmin acts like a tease on her own accord. She teases Aladdin on the balcony before berating him. (Refer to #6.)

7. hasmin is referred to as a "Shrew". A "shrew" is a person with violent temper and speech. This is not seen as becoming of a young woman. She should no better when to hold her tongue and when not to. She is also a prejudiced shrew, being awful to innocent people who don't deserve it. When Aladdin compliments Jasmine, telling her that he thinks she is beautiful, her response is to tease and then berate him. She says "Hmm... Yes. I'm rich too. The daughter of a sultan. A fine prize for any prince." to which Aladdin says "A prince like me." Hopeful that with his new status, he will finally be worthy of Jasmine's pag-ibig and attention. He goes through a lot just to get to see her again and how does she respond? "A prince like you and EVERY other peacock I've met. Just, go jump off a balcony!" What a shrew! This guy goes through all of this trouble just so he will be allowed to meet and talk to you and all you can say is for him to go kill himself? Over what? Being attracted to you?

8. hasmin is incredibly spoiled. All her father wanted, was to know that his daughter would be taken care of sa pamamagitan ng a good man and she wouldn't even give these men the time of day. How is she supposed to know whether or not they are worthy or whether or not she could pag-ibig them when she wont even really meet them?

9. hasmin is prejudiced. She doesn't even want to give Aladdin a chance just because now he is a prince even though he is the same guy? This proves that hasmin is not a generous or kind person who takes people as they are but rather for what they represent. She didn't even care to know Aladdin as Ali because of what he represented not who he was as a person.

10. hasmin is a hypocrite. In addition to her being rude to Ali just because he was a prince, she was still rude when she realized he was Aladdin the whole time. When she tricked Ali into admitting that he was Aladdin, she got very upset and started yelling at him. She yelled at him because he lied about who he was even though she started the lying in the first place when she lied about being a princess. How could she get mad at Aladdin for pretending to be something he's not when she did the exact same thing? Somehow it's right when she does it but wrong for anyone else? Exact definition of a hypocrite. Both Aladdin and hasmin felt trapped sa pamamagitan ng their positions in society and they both lied about who they were to discover another world they felt denied of. She had no leg to stand on whatsoever for getting mad at Aladdin.

Personally, this is all a shame to me because they pretended hasmin was an Arab princess but then they designed everything about her to be American or an Arab harlot. This is not representative of her culture or of a princess. [I personally would have loved to see her madami true to character as I think Muslim/Arab women have a very unique grace and bravery that could have been shown.] I believe the reason that hasmin gets negatively portrayed in lots of "fan fiction" is because she is so much in conflict with her own culture and princess culture. It is hard for grown adults to take hasmin seriously as a role model for young girls when she is portrayed this way.

Had hasmin been portrayed madami accurately, she would've been far madami like Cinderella, Ariel or Belle. She would've been braver, kinder and madami modest. She would've had madami grace and poise the way a princess should. The most accurate hasmin was portrayed in Aladdin was in her purple royal engagement announcement dress. That is the hasmin who should be sold to the little girls. Not the spoiled, impulsive, shrew-like tease version of her.

NOTE: Aladdin IS taken from "1001 Nights" or "Arabian Nights". Princess hasmin is based on Princess Badroulbadour who is Chinese (not Arab) and described as being somewhat spoiled and vain.

PART 10

Everything was finally as it should be. As it should’ve always been. John Rolfe had been banished from her tribe and forced to go back to London. John Smith promised Pocahontas that he would always stay with her and never leave her again. She made the same promise to him. Their lives, their hearts, their souls had become one, never to part again.
When he looked into her eyes and held her in his arms, he felt warmth that he never felt elsewhere. He felt pag-ibig that he never thought was possible. When she looked into his...

I will try to defend Snow White and the Apple.

I hope to ipakita that she was an over-trusting but well-intentioned good-Samaritan who got taken advantage of. The former characteristic is primarily because she is a young teenager who has lived a sheltered and limiting life with little if any socialization. The latter is because she is not very cynical nor suspecting and thus she is madami easily manipulated sa pamamagitan ng bad people.

These things don’t make her necessarily stupid, but probably naive and underestimating of evil. All understandable...

Hello, everybody! It's been a long time since you last heard of me (some complications with writing) but - here we are.

Today we'll talk about my paborito DP's hair - no, not hairstyles, hair. Without further ado, let's get started!

14. Anna

I don't hate her hair, I just don't find it interesting - nothing attracts me in it. I don't care for the color or that white strip, and she has a awful bedhead. The only thing I like is that cute fringe.

Oh, and for the record, I don't think it would look any better loose.

Pouting won't get you any higher, sweetheart.

EDIT: Since I watched nagyelo thanks to the amazing dclairmont and the equally amazing Safira-09, I decided to include Elsa and Anna in this list.

Hello, hello. Welcome to my first countdown. Today, my pupils, we're going to read "Silverrose1991's Prettiest Princess". Before we start, silverrose1991 wants to remind you that all characters mentioned in this artikulo are owned sa pamamagitan ng Disney.

Let's get started.

13. Rapunzel

Rapunzel is cute. Not beautiful, but plain and pretty in a childlike way. Her seventy-feet long golden hair is her best feature, but the freckles in her face are a very nice touch too....

Of all the things that are continually sinabi about the princesses, this is the one that grates on me the most. Not only is it horribly untrue, but no one ever comes to Aurora's defense. Since I am tired and continually typing the same thing over and over again, I thought it would be madami convenient to post my artikulo like this and just link to it whenever I need to. Remember guys, it's okay to have your own opinions. Doesn't mean those opinions are always right though.

Let's start out sa pamamagitan ng defining a Mary Sue.

8 months nakaraan I wrote link, looking back I realise this artikulo wasn't that great so I decided to write this artikulo instead with songs both from before their first singer left the band and after their first singer left the band, also since I wrote the other artikulo I've listned to madami of their songs
Too lazy to add all the pictures, Snow White's picture was the only one that was uploaded when I started adding mga litrato to this article

I'm a bit bored, and obviously I'll be tahanan tonight, so I decided I might use some of my already doomed to be useless time to write an article. And what's a better artikulo than the timeless Favorite Disney Princess List... So sit back, relax and enjoy the ipakita :-)

Just a side note first: I am not trying to offend anyone with the jokes in the text, or the captions under the pictures. They are put for the sole purpose of making the artikulo a bit madami entertaining. So please do not feel offended sa pamamagitan ng them!

The question, "Which princess do you think is the smartest?" is asked very often and every time it is asked, there are those people who pick Belle. There are the people who not only pick Belle, but comment, "Because she reads." Then, there are the people who think that is a dumb thing to say, and begin immediately saying stuff like, "She only reads fairy-tales." Every time this process has been repeated I have wanted to say something like what I am about to say, but never got the chance. So now I'm going to say it.

I think many people forget that Beauty and the Beast is not set in 2011. It isn't...

9. Aurora

They should call her A-bore-a. Hahahahahaha. I have a comedic gift. That was so punny. Anyway, you snooze you lose and since that's exactly what she did for the majority of the film, she gets ninth spot. She seems very sweet and is extremely pretty though. She actually has one really funny moment that people seem to forget.
Phillip: When will I see you again?
Aurora: Oh never! Never!
Phillip: Never?
Aurora: Well, maybe someday.
Phillip: When, tomorrow?
Aurora: Oh no! This evening!
