Hi everyone!

Recently, I posted a tanong asking fans to listahan five personality traits most desirable in a Disney princess. My traits poll, which was going to be the foundation of this article, was based on TheMusicalMolls' listahan of traits; the first response. I didn't bother to check my tanong again for other responses, but when I returned to my tanong after I posted the poll, I was surprised to see that madami fans had bothered to answer my question. At that point, it was only a handful of people, and since I found their lists highly similar to TheMusicalMolls', I let it be. I hope I didn't insult anybody in doing this.

But then I returned to my tanong this morning, because my magpabago sinabi that madami people had answered my question. I was really astounded at the number of people who bothered to answer; I have to admit, being my pessimistic self, I wasn't expecting madami than two or three people to acknowledge my question.

So I switched gears. I'm going to base this artikulo off the most commonly stated personality traits in the sagot to my question:

Kindness/ Compassion – 9 times

Plain, everyday kindness in Disney princesses is truly important, and fans realize that. I see so many fans of the early DPs, whom I think are largely defined sa pamamagitan ng their kindness, in this club. It's lovely to see that. It's also part of being a Disney princess to exercise compassion and help and protect those at a disadvantage - Snow White straightened up the dwarves' house because she believed they were orphans, and I pag-ibig her for that.

Bravery/Courage – 8 times

It's easy to see that we value courage in a DP both in Fanpop and in the outside world. Mulan, often at or near the tuktok of fans' DP rankings, not only saved China from the Huns, but voluntarily enlisted in the Chinese army knowing she could be killed, marking her as one of the most courageous Disney princesses. Ariel and Rapunzel, who constantly have fans supporting them, both found the courage to follow their dreams.
I was also surprised to see that Tiana seems to be gaining popularity, going off of my kamakailan polls. On one, she is admired madami than Mulan, and on the paborito Disney Princesses poll, she has outdone Mulan. Although she may not be the most outgoing or sociable princess, people realize that it also takes courage when you're working to make your dreams come true, to keep going.

Selflessness - 6 times

It's also pretty evident that we value selflessness in Disney Princesses. Mulan and Belle, two of the most popular DPs, both give up something for their fathers' safety. And the converse also applies - we don't appreciate selfish Disney Princesses. This is seen in the criticisms of Elsa, one of the least popular DPs in Fanpop, and in the criticisms of Ariel, still a popular DP.

Intelligence/ Common Sense – 5 times

It's pretty obvious that having a head on your shoulders is something fans value highly. Mulan, one of the madami popular DPs in this club and often on the tuktok of people's lists, has a very inventive and analytical mind, while Belle, whose literacy and level-headedness has been emphasized time and time again, remains beloved sa pamamagitan ng many.

Cheerfulness/Optimism – 4 times

The importance to fans for a Disney princess to uphold a positive, cheerful attitude is shown in many fans' pag-ibig for Snow White, Cinderella, Ariel, Rapunzel, and Anna, to name a few. Both Snow White and Sinderella endured an abusive childhood, and get a lot of appreciation for this from fans here. And Ariel, Rapunzel, and Anna have infectious cheer and bubbly personalities that charm everyone around them.

We all wish that we had a little madami of these traits. The Disney princesses just represent the people we could be and the lives we could live if we did.

Right now I'm doing a countdown for which Disney Princess is the best role model, and I've seen some people not think they're the best role models, and since personally I see them as the three best role models, I'd like to explain why I think so. Also, I wanted to right an artikulo that was a bit madami thought provoking other than another countdown and I was bored. I'll go through why each princess is a good role model individually, and at the end conclude what they all have in common, so let's get started! (I literally say "let's get started" or "without further ado" for every single one of...

All of the princesses have amazing hair. But who has the best hair? It's hard to decide, but here is my list.

13.) Snow White
Sorry Snow but your hair is not very amazing. I like that its curly but its too short. It doesn't look awesome blowing in the wind because its so short. If it were longer you would be higher on the list.

12.) Tiana
I don't really like Tiana's hair. Its messy and always in a bun or ponytail. I do like her curls but I wish she would let her hair down, both literally and figuratively. Her hair is not very exciting.

11.) Cinderella
Her hair has no body or bounce to it. Its sort...

Frozen movie poster
Frozen, the latest Disney Princess movie that was claimed to have been the best movie since The Lion King. Does it hold it up as a Disney Classic?

The Princess and the Frog was released in 2009, in an effort to restore the Disney Animation Company's reputation. In this movie they went back to their own roots, using a fairy tale revolving around a princess, who receives her Prince Charming in the end, and sings catchy tunes along the way. Notable differences from the other pelikula included an African American protagonist (Disney's first!) and a modern setting (New Orleans, Louisiana). Although...

I've noticed that characters and relationships are discussed in great detail on this page where a lot of the Disney Princesses are ripped apart. Well as much as I agree to a lot of whats being sinabi I think to kick-start my first time Pagsulat an artikulo on this page I would start out on a positive note.

Snow White
For starters she is the one who started it ALL. Disney's first and most anticipated movie was hers. For years he dreamed of recreating this wonderful fairytale that is so incredibly enduring and timeless that here we are on fanpop talking about it all the time. The best thing about...

This is my first artikulo on Fanpop and I hope you all enjoy viewing it! This is completely my own opinion and should not be taken seriously. I will be creating an updated listahan after nagyelo premieres. Please keep in mind that this is a listahan for specific characters, not their movies. Otherwise, this listahan would look much much different. Let the countdown begin!

#11: Mulan

I have nothing against Mulan, honestly, but she is the one Disney Princess that doesn't interest me in any way, shape, or form. She is strong, chivalrous, and brave. Which is great, but I've always been a girly-girl. Her personality...

uy guys! So I’ve been here since the beginning of summer, and I figured it was time to make one of these since I’ve seen so many of my new mga kaibigan make them, too! I haven’t really opened up to anyone about who I am and what I like, so I thought this would be a good place to start! :)

My name is Brooke and I’m 18 years old. I live in southern Delaware with my parents, my two older sisters, and my younger brother. However, I’m going to be moving to college in a couple days, so that’s going to change soon!

I originally came to fanpop when I was researching Disney history for a fun...

I might not be black, or have dimples and I may don't have blach hair, but in Tianas eyes I saw me. She is an amazing character who works hard to get that she wants. Her movie is amazing all that travelling to tastes and jazz music of 1920 makes you feel that you are there, even If you have never come there, believe me I never had the change to see how those people lived and enjoy jazz music. I find all this with the princess of 20th century amazing, cause it shows us that a princess can exist in every time period. The friendship she has with charlotte it shows us that friend can be with any...
