My vote for him is very divided and unsure-- my opinions of Scamp constantly change depending on my mood because I balance the qualities of him that I love and those that I hate, but today, those that I love win out and so I voted for him. He’s not a character I personally connect to very well and I absolutely hate some of his actions, but he does really learn from his big mistakes, I can just feel it in his voice on how sincere he is. Plus I have a big soft spot for anything Lady-and-the-Tramp related. I might change my vote though, I’m not a firm vote for him because I always have an internal battle balancing his positive and negative qualities. Or Flik or Milo.

Wow Scamp is actually winning without the help of riggers (for now), the riggers better not spoil this for him because it's likely he'll at least be in a tiebreaker or even win through fair votes.
