He's AWFUL! He treats Arthur like garbage and does absolutely nothing to help his confidence. He completely favours his other son, Sir Kay, thus making Arthur feel inferior. He's just a horrible "father", if you can even call him that. Merlin is more of a father-figure to Arthur.

I changed my mind after reading the comments, then I would vote for Buck.
