Doctor Who has a wide range of characters. From villains, monsters, Doctor's, Master's, companions and extras, there's a wide range of men, women, homosexuals, heterosexuals, bisexuals and asexual's in this ipakita and the expanded universe.

The women are what I'm going to be talking about today.

As 90% of the companions in Doctor Who are young women, you can imagine that there are many women to choose from, whether from both the classic series and revival or just one of them. And that's not even including all the "extra" women or the villain women!

So as you can imagine, there's going to be a lot...

Upon Clara's surprise entrance, she was already a 'perfect companion' in my eyes.
It's been a while since I wrote my last article, so I thought it time I owe the Whoniverse another one. This time, I am going to talk about the Doctor's latest companion: Clara, who has often being the topic of pagtatalo throughout Series 7.
Now, when we were first introduced to her, she went sa pamamagitan ng the name 'Oswin'. This was the first time the Doctor was mentally aware that he'd met her, but we all know she'd been a part of his life along time before the events of the Dalek Asylum. In this episode, she was brainy, sassy, flirty, bold and a born leader. She helped the Doctor, Amy and Rory escape from...

Except saying that she’s vain because she fell in pag-ibig with Ten instead of Nine is absolutely incorrect, because she fell in pag-ibig with Nine first, and initially did not accept Ten because he was not Nine.

Putting aside the fact that Christopher Eccleston is quite attractive (he’s not “pretty," no, but have you seen his eyes? They’re the color of an arctic ocean; they’re beautiful), anyone with eyes can see that Rose fell in pag-ibig with Nine first. She may not have realized it, she may have not been as open with her affections, but it was there. For example:

It can be argued that this...

This is a story I started sometime last year. It's based on the idea that Dr Who is real. I'm not goin to finish it but teh idea was that they were using Ally's brain so they could find a way to make their own world to go and live. She was living in a suspened reality (basically a dream - kinda like Donna's in The Doctor Trap if you've read that at all) were she went to school (to learn general knowlegde), slept (so they could use her imagination when it was on full capactiy) and watch Dr Who (to gather info on the Dr). She was their main computer. The whole idea of using a real person thought...

Spoilers for s7 episode 4 "The power of three". Just something I had to write down after this episode.

The first face this face saw

Amy has seared onto his heart. She was the first person he met after he had regenerated. Amelia Pond. The girl who waited. For him. For Rory. Amy, the human girl with one puso that is big enough to pag-ibig both men so much.
He comes always back to her. He will always come back for her. He misses her. When he’s tired of running away he runs back to her, to the Ponds to let them fix him.
They have become a part of his life now, a very big and important part. If they...

The Staff District, Keruush

The staff district consisted of several dwelling places, ranging from apartment blocks to large mansions for the senior staff. All of the buildings were made of a clear glass like material, each building having the ability to change colour with the weather. Scattered among the buildings were native Keruush trees, their amazing colours of fuchsia, lavender and turquoise in startling contrast to the ever changing hues of the buildings. The whole thing was located on the island of Tira, a small island in the middle of the Cyra Sea, a manmade sea filled with creatures...

These are my "unpopular opinions" (idea credited to Trailer patong lalaki on YouTube) about Doctor Who 2005. Now, these might be controversial so PLEASE be respectful in the comments!

Michelle Gomez is a FAR better Master than John Simm. Simm was fine, but he was too over the tuktok for me to properly enjoy.

The Weeping mga kerubin are not that scary. They’re creepy, sometimes startling as well as being creative monsters and I’m glad they exist but they aren’t terrifying to me as they are to a lot of other people.

Going with the above, the Midnight Entity is THE scariest thing from New Who!...

The 11 Doctors....But Who Kills 10?
Taken From DigitalSpy

"It is returning, it is returning through the dark ... he will knock four times." The psychic lady on the 200 bus sinabi these darkly prophetic words to The Doctor during the conclusion of 'Planet Of The Dead', whipping up the tension ahead of David Tennant's impending departure. But who exactly wants to get in touch with The Doctor? We look at some of the possible characters who might be flexing their knuckles (or tentacles) in advance of the knocking...

 David and Matt.
David and Matt.
We all know David Tennant has left Doctor Who and made way for the 11th doctor, Matt Smith. But many die-hard David fans (inclduing myself) just can't seem to accept the sudden change. Too me the 10th Doctor was humble, quick-wittied, handsome, charming and selfless. All the qualities that David made lucid and unforgetable. It was bizarre and dipairing knowing that his Doctor was... over. Don't get me wrong, im starting to like Matt, his versatile and eccentric performance drew me in instantly. People say he made the Doctor his own, but too me, it reminds me to much of David. The enternal struggle between who is better David or Matt, seems never-ending, and in all honesty it's a Nawawala battle. Opinions will always be objective and arguements will forever alternate. I guess we all just need to accept the inevitable; Davids gone and Matt has replaced. We always have the dvds, right?

These are rumours that have been proved wrong, are just plain rediculous or don't actually give anything away. I just thought it might be nice for people who want to find out if Matt Smith is leaving after series 6 etc etc without sifting through all the other spoilers that can, well, spoil it for you.

- The Sun published a rumour that Matt Smith would leave after the 2011 series, a rumour which was picked up sa pamamagitan ng several other media sources. This has been denied sa pamamagitan ng Matt Smith and Karen Gillan. Another BBC insider sinabi that Smith will stay until the 50th anniversary of the show, in 2013.

This isn't a review of Steven Moffat's writing, this is just an opinion/conclusion/observation I've come to. You can agree or disagree with me on this and I'd pag-ibig to hear both sides. I believe Steven Moffat is trying to completely ilipat away from Russell T. Davies' Doctor Who series. He changed the look of the TARDIS and the sonic screwdriver. If you think about it, only 2 enemies from the nakaraan seasons were mentioned again in Season 5, the Daleks and the weeping angels. The Daleks are a classic Doctor Who enemy, while the weeping mga kerubin were something Steven Moffat created himself. He wrote...

BBC's Overview of Amy Pond

The Eleventh Doctor isn't the only new face in the TARDIS as the Time Lord is joined sa pamamagitan ng the feisty, fantastic new companion, Amy Pond! We know their paths tumawid in the series opener, The Eleventh oras and that she accompanies him through time and space, but aside from that, what is Karen Gillan, who plays Amy Pond, telling us?

Discussing Amy's relationship with the Doctor, Karen muses, 'She doesn't take his word as gospel and she's always happy to challenge him. If he tells her to do something then she won't necessarily do it, she might go off and do her own thing which can sometimes create a rift between the two of them! They are best pals though and it's a very up and down relationship because they are both very passionate people.'

Sounds like it might get stormy! Karen agrees, adding, 'They have quite a turbulent relationship but it's also really passionate and they care about each other... It's a great relationship!'

“We went through the sort of, milestones together. The first read through,
our first araw on set, then we got our first block finished. We’ve had these really huge things in life that we’re sharing.”

(On filming 'The Beast Below') “It was so fun! Me and Matt were just messing around most of the time, throwing cabbage at each other.”

“We’ve grown closer every day. I’m quite fond of her, actually, it has to be said.”

Matt: Hi! No one cares about your silly bedroom.
Karen: *throws unan at him*

Matt: You’re a bit prettier in the game.
Karen: I knew that was coming.
Karen: I think they’ve been a bit generous to Matt. He’s got a bit off a structured jaw, which isn’t really there.
Matt: Let’s not go there.

hello Kaidi!
First of all, Congratulations.

How do you feel about winning FOTM?
-I'm feeling so positively surprised. We have so many fans that deserve it, yet people voted for me. It's such an honor!

Do you want to say anything to all these people that voted for you?
-Naturally I want to say thank you so much! Being FOTM is such a privilege, and like I said, it's such an honor if people think I'm the one to deserve this title.

When did you start watching Doctor Who?
-Unfortunately I started watching it quite recently. I think it was the beginning of March of something, just before season 5 started...

The BBC's Overview of River Song

River Song is an archaeologist from the future who the Doctor keeps meeting in the wrong order.

He first met her on the planet of The Library, but we haven't yet seen where she first met him. So her journal is packed with information the Doctor feels he shouldn't know about yet. They're going to be very close: River knows the Doctor's real name and she even has a sonic birador of her own that she claims he gave to her. She even knows how to fly the TARDIS. The tragedy is, the Doctor knows how River dies, so when the two of them meet at the crash of the Byzantium, share that picnic at Asgard and whatever they did together at the pag-awit Towers, he'll have a terrible secret that he won't be able to tell her.

River has a knack for getting into trouble and knows the Doctor can help her get out of it. But as for just how much they meant to each other: spoilers!

So, as you may already know the Doctor Who spot has just held it’s first ever tagahanga of the buwan competition! It led down to a nail-biting tie between Disaster and me… Surprisingly, I won! So right now I’m about to start interviewing myself which is a little weird. I feel sort of self-conceited!

How do you feel about winning FOTM?
Oh my gosh! It’s such a great feeling! I’m extremely proud and to have won against those people. It’s weird as they do so much that’s amazing on the spot and they’re so active! In my opinion, they all deserved to win it so much madami than me! I was ecstatic...

Back in 2006, my friend Joseph talked me into watching this amazing telebisyon ipakita that we like to call, ‘Doctor Who’, well that’s actually its name and that’s why we call it that title. Anyway, after the success that was ‘Rose’, the BBC commissioned series 2 for the following year. After the series 1 finale, Christopher Ecclestone regenerated into the tagahanga favourite, the Tenth Doctor played sa pamamagitan ng David Tennant. Obviously at the end of series 1, we knew that David Tennant would bituin as the Doctor and Billie Piper would return as Rose Tyler.
