Well, a man named Juan Mann is the founder of this campaign. He had a simple idea. An idea that everyone needs a hug. It makes you feel good. It reminds you that not everyone has lost themself in the twisted world of today. It brings you back to a simpler time when you didn't judge, fear, or hate.

Why should anyone who believes this philosophy not share it with the people around them? Free Hugs were banned by the city of Sydney. So what did he do? He petitioned and fought back until they were no longer illegal. :)
