Absolutely not. Before any spot look pick is created you need open a forum for ALL fans to submit icon and banner options. It is really damn disrespectful to create a poll like this without asking the THOUSANDS of fans in this spot if they have something to contribute.

PLUS the only option you have provided here is not even a banner. There are specific dimensions required for a spot banner and the image you uploaded is way, way off. Hence the pixelated mess.

I love the current banner and I want it to stay, but I would like to say something else:

I agree that it isn't fair to post a poll without making a forum, but the way a lot of people speaks to someone if they DO make a poll like this is also very rude and disrespectful, try and remember that this person wants the same thing as all of us; To make our club better!

Don't really care anymore. People very rarely posted picks like this under the old system, but now they know it is automatic, they are abusing it. It is happening repeatedly, regardless of how politely or impolitely people point out how shitty it is. I don't think this actually has anything to do with making our club look better. If that was the intention, I think the alternative option presented might have actually had some effort put into it in terms formatting into an actual banner.

Well I am pretty sure people ARE trying to make the spot better for everyone, but some people are talented at making banners/icons others are not very talented. I used to make banners and icons for spots I made which were all pretty terrible but I would rather have one than none, and when I asked people to make a better one no one ever really response. And tell me what else do you think the reason should be? You just have a feeling that people who makes these polls wants to ruin a spot look? I'm almost certain they don't, they are trying, and if people don't like what they come up with it won't matter will it? Because then it won't be chosen.

But you should never stop caring about respect, there is really no reason to get that mad at someone for something like this.

I think you just answered your own question there: you asked others for their input. That has not happened here.

Given that is has been happening constantly, and only since the change in system, I reserve the right to be irritated by it.

Why don't people make a forum and asks other fans what they think first. This is getting ridiculous. Just do it the right way, it's really not difficult. Doing it this way is just really disrespectful and lazy.

I think there should be a forum and a chance for people to submit possible new banners before any poll like this is made. And there should be more time to submit choices than just 9 days! :)
