in the promo there is a clip where he is reaching for vicodin across the floor, she is running to stop him. This is the bit where you can hear Cuddy shout "NO!" and in this scene he is wearing black t-shirt.

Tha bottle of pills that hes grabbing,doesnt look like vicodin,looks like the pills that he took for sleep =D
