Justin Bieber on New Music: ‘It’s Gonna Be a Great Next Chapter for Me’ [VIDEO]

Is Justin Bieber‘s new platinum hair representative of a new chapter in his life?

While we’ve been obsessing over ‘Home to Mama‘ (the Biebs’ recent collab with Cody Simpson) to an almost embarrassing extent, the pop star recently opened up about what’s next for his own music.

“I’m not done,” Bieber smiled when a reporter wanted to know when we could expect new tunes. “Soon enough.”

“I think what it is is — people who just oversaturate the music industry and keep putting out singles and keep dropping music, it just makes yourself less important when you drop music,” JB explained thoughtfully. “You want to have an actual break. I wanted to have a moment where people didn’t see me for a while and then I could come back stronger.”

“I’m also growing up,” he continued. “There’s a lot of things that I’m going through and finding myself as a man.”

Part of this journey of self-discovery for Bieber includes cleaning up some of his legal woes, facing his relationship with Selena Gomez (including watching her emotional and autobiographical ‘The Heart Wants What It Wants’ music video), changing his look, moving (to an unbelievable glass mansion) and connecting with his religion. And above all, Bieber is positive about his next moves in life.

“It’s gonna be a great next chapter for me,” he revealed.
