Get fit ready for summer as KARA prepares you to the upcoming release of their fitness DVD,

Teasing fans for the release of their fitness DVD in Japan, all the members of KARA showed off their popular choreography through a set of fitness routine as their dance tracks such as “Mister,” “Jumping, “Summergic” and “Sunny Days” play in the background.  As revealed, the DVD will have three discs titled as “Dancing 1,” “Dancing 2” and “Stretching” as their feature titles.

Currently, KARA is promoting their latest title track “Cupid” in South Korea.
