It's a toughie.. but I'd have to say season one. When Walt gets taken off the raft aahhh! I remember when I first watched it, i cried lots hehe.. back when we had no idea who 'the others' were.

I don't like season 3 finale!! Poor Charliee :( :( :'(
but I love season 2 finale cause Claire finally forgives Charlie (for whatever she *thinks* he did to her during the whole "fire&water" time period AND Charlie and Claire have their first kiss, that's such an adorable scene by the campfire together <3

Season 5 and 3 are a close second and third!

As much as I agree with hayley_pace about the Claire-forgiving-Charlie stuff I had to pick season three... Charlie's death was so emotional and I love all the scenes in the Looking Glass Station, plus it was so cool to find out Jack's flashbacks were actually flashforwards!
Season 1 was good as well though - it was nice to see Boone again for the first time ^^
