All the Lost duos are awesome. :D Charlie and Hurley are just so great though! I miss their times together fishing, golfing, nearly dying in the Dharma van... good times.

My second choice would be Ben and Locke. They really keep the plot going at times.

Hurley & Miles: The new Hurley & Charlie. Although Hurley & Charlie will always have a special place in my heart (Dharma Van! + Death can't separate them. jk) but Hurley & Miles both communicate with the dead so that's cool. They just click so well, (Dharma Van!- Some Like It Hoth version.) The frenemies: Jack & Sawyer (Ping Pong Pals) and Locke & Ben are just so darn good at hating each other and having us love it. Also, Desmond & Charlie: two of my favorite characters together- what's not to like? Man, choosing was/is hard!

But pretty much Hurley + anyone is hilarious. Except maybe Dave. Richard and Locke are great too. "Then why I don't remember, well, any of this?" "Because it hasn't happened yet."
