Is the Palaces in the godly world enormous to fit the gods/goddesses or is it human size for demigods and magical creatures living there?

I think it's large enough to fit the god's "full potential" form. I always imagine the demigods coming up, and the thrones being so huge, they have to kreyn their necks. When Percy sits on Poseidon's throne, I see him having to climb the front.
