you can use hex editor but you need to be an expert hacker^_^ its a bit complicated.

What game is it?
If it is R/B/Y, great job, you have found M or some other glitch. Be careful, these can delete everything!
If G/S/C, mostly, 5TrainerPoke.
If R/S/E, you might have ? or yellow bulbsaur.
If D/P/P, I have no clue.

Hacking only causes more glitches! There were only 2 glitches in R/B, M and MissingNO, until hacking. This is when the really evil glitches appeared. And doing this too much is very bad, causing ? and Bad EGG.
